We are a family of four (Husband is just 40 :earboy2: I'm 41 ::MinnieMo our daughter is 11 princess: , and our son is 7 pirate: ) This is our third Disney cruise and It's been since 2001 that we sailed on the Magic. 1st off, hope my little joking didn't hurt your feelings.... I just got the urge to have a little fun....

Paul - no feelings hurt, just a confirmed suspicion that you drive your wife nuts....

I cant believe you guys are planning stuff around food & whats on the menu :earseek: ... I'm can't seem to get it together on what to pack...
and also having the same "I paid for this cruise, I can wear my lakers shirt to formal dinner if I want.." conversations with Matt (lakers fans can be sooo annoying.....)

Gosh I NEED one of those drinks now...

Welcome Holly and Family, Glad you made it....I wasn't sure if that link I gave you would work or not, cause I just have this site saved in my favorites. ANyways...It'll probably take you a while to catch up with everyone's stories, I joined really not that long ago myself, and still haven't figured it all out! the only thing I've figured out is that we disney fanatics are a bunch of looney tunes :cool1: oops that doesn't work...looney tunes isn't Disney....I guess we're just goofy!!! :rotfl: Glad you'll be comming to the meet....wear your mardi gras beads to the port and you may meet us sooner.

Alright. Is everybody sitting down? If not, please take a moment to do so for your own safety. I have something to say and I don't want anyone do die of shock.......I'll wait while you get comfy....................Isn't that much better?

Do you all know what I did today? No, of course you don't! Now, no one pass out please, because I don't want to be responsible for that, but today I..............................DRUM ROLL.................................................MORE DRUM ROLL..................................PAUSE FOR DRAMATIC EFFECT............................... :cool1:

I got two door signs completed! No Pizza magnets for me! :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Now, in fairness, they still have to be printed out but my Husband will do that tomorrow and we'll be all set. They are sooooooooooooo silly and easy, but at least I will have something on mydoor (besides all those Mickey heads from tag!)

Here they are:

We couldnt' decide if it should be DREAD or DREADED, so if you have an opinion, speak tonight or forever walk past our room and mock us. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Greetings to all the newbies... better late than never!

We appear to be a pretty friendly group, goofy but good hearted, funny, hard working, and anal about planning our Disney trips down to the nth degree.

I should warn you all about a few things...

1) We have dental issues...lots of them...so be good to your teeth and don't bite down on anything too hard or you'll end up with a broken molar. And I'm just waiting to see if it happens on this cruise...

2) We have a friendly baseball rivalry going on - Cubs vs. Cards - although I think there are only two of us who are actively participating in said rivalry...right Paul? :teeth:

3) I can't think of anything else...

Welcome aboard the Molar Express - this cruise has been recommended by four out of five dentists surveyed.

My Dh is not wearing a tux....in fact he would love to just be in his tropical wear all cruise!!! He's on vacation!! He will be in a suit for Semi-Formal, Formal and Palo!! Pearland Paige....I think our DH's have a lot in common regarding this cruise!! :) Everytime I read your posts I'm cracking up thinking of my DH :rotfl2: ..my boys are just wearing button down shirts & pants.

...Hey My 1st prom date wore one of those wonderful tux's.....can you tell I went to the Prom in the '70s!!

Nancy, Either room number is fine, my kids are in one side and we are in the other, I'm just not sure which one we are in!! They are connecting rooms!! Our poor Packers......I know that next team better watch out!!! :teeth:

Welcome new DISrs...looks like a lot of 7yr olds, my Bretty is 7 too!! (can you tell I used to live in Wisconsin, one of many "Bretts" in the delivery room!! (Brett Farve!!)) :earboy2:

Thanks for the welcome! Before our last cruise my husband was looking online at the formal wear and our daughter said, "Just bring your suit-it's free!" :confused3 We got the big "duh" and eye roll! Well I'm sure I spend the tux money on more important stuff like gin and tonics and 'ritas!

Oybolshoi-Thanks for the welcome. Hopefully no dental problems in our cabin. Our son just got sealants put on today! As for baseball we are Orioles fans.. We just want to put the disgrace of the 2005 season behind us. I was pulling for the Phillies to win the wild card(I grew up in South Jersey). Thanks Cubbies for losing to the 'stros on Sunday :crazy2: Oh well as long as the Yankees lose I'll be happy :cheer2: See ya on the cruise :earboy2:

Ugghhh... I have dental appointment, I haven't gone in two years, wish me luck.... :scared: :scared: :scared:

How's that??? Nancy :wizard:

Thanks for the luck, but I'm a big chicken and decided to reschedule until after our cruise - wouldn't want any bad news before we live!

Actually, my Husband wanted me to add a great big "GO Cardinals!" His Mom was from St. Louis and was always a big Cardinals fan.

Hey! You are from Annapolis! We are sailing with another Family that is from there too! :)

Yes. We live in Arnold which is across the Severn River from Annapolis. We can hear the cannon fire from the dress parades at the Naval Academy and every graduation week we have the Blue Angels flying over our house(VERY COOL). Thanks for starting this thread. Can't wait to meet everone :wave2:

My husband and I have brunch reservations at Palos on Monday at 11:30 :Pinkbounc Anyone joining us? ::MickeyMo

Our brunch reservations are at the same time on Monday! That's my birthday so it seemed like a good way to start out the day. :teeth:

I think there are a number of us who will be at Palo on Monday for brunch - several pages back we had a big discussion about who was going to Palo when. Unintentionally several of us booked tea on Sunday, brunch on Monday, and dinner on Wednesday.

Bring on the Cardinal love!
