October 12, 2013 - Western Caribbean on the Fantasy!!!

So, I understand what GTY is, but how do you find it? When I look up our cruise, I don't see any options for it. I have seen it as a choice on a few other cruises, but not for ours, yet we have a number of people who have booked GTY. Just wondering for future purposes...

Both times we sailed we went through a travel agent. Online it didn't give us GTY as an option but with the travel agent we were given the GTY option.

I wonder if you can also get GTY if you call Disney Cruise line and specifically asked for it?

I have all of my magnets printed out. That is, unless I see something else that I like. Have done my on-line checkin, booked the excursion we want......now just waiting until it's time to go!

That's exactly what we did last year. We found great magnet sheets at the dollar store last year.

Been busy over here working on Fish Extender gift 'packages'. I have spent hours researching, calculating costs, making up my mind about stuff then changing my mind. I'm happy to be on both lists but wow, those costs add up quickly and its definitely work! Honestly though, I secretly love it!.

How do you print your magnets? Last year we printed and then glued tuem to magnet sheets then cut them.

Our last cruise I printed some of them on glossy magnet paper and some I printed on photo paper and then glued magnets to the back. This time, since magnet paper is so expensive, I printed all of them on photo paper and put magnets on the back (the magnets have peel and stick adhesive on them). The last time the few that I did this way stuck to the door with no problem on the Dream, so hoping they stick just fine on the Fantasy too.

My wife, son (3yrs), and I will be on the 10/12/13 Fantasy cruise as well! It will be our 2nd Disney cruise and 2nd time on the Fantasy - we were on the Hurrican Sandy Extravaganza Cruise last October - we're hoping for no repeat

This will be our first time solo - last year we had grandparents, cousins, etc - so this year, we're going to need to find another family or two to hang out with. My son will be 3 and might need some friends in a similar situation... any family out there want to get together? Wife & I like to enjoy good food and good drinks while son is being entertained in the Oceaneers club.

Looking forward to the cruise and meeting some other families!

Same here! We were also on that 'Sandy" sailing. Funny how we went from 'never sailing Disney again" to sailing Disney one year later.

I remember our son waking up asking what fell. We were like, 'oh, just everything son, go back to sleep".

Anyway, I'm hoping this time we won't have to hear Captain Tom's announcements in our cabins late night/wee hours of the morning. And looking forward to finally visiting Castaway Cay!

ha! Yeah we're definitely looking forward to CC and as you said, not hearing Cpt. Tom and wondering if this is the time he's calling to don life preservers and head to life boats

Okay, hopefully having both of you on our cruise will be GOOD LUCK. I would hope that Mother Nature wouldn't do that to you 2 years in a row!! But...just in case......

and I said our next family of four will fill the last family of four's spot on list #1, so I will add amyb16 to list #1 then that list will be closed out so long as no one else drops out (It has been final list like 10 times now!!!)

I'm off to take child #2 to camp for another 4 hours of driving after 6 hours of driving to take child #1 to camp yesterday. 5 days no kids.....woo hoo! I'm not gonna know what to do with myself! LOL!
