Heather is baking sugar cookies as I write this. (Pillsbury, of course.) Smells pretty good here. I wish I could make those for the cookie exchange. Its all about the individuality (sp). I could make bourbon balls again or just turtle delights. Sigh. I just dread it - isn't that awful!

I'm watching 'Disney Holiday Magic with Samantha Brown' on the Travel Channel right now. Memories... Heather says she wants to go back for Christmas again. She doesn't remember the last time... I have a trip planned every year up until 2013! I guess I'll fit that in somewhere...

Hi all, I see I've missed a lot again. Wish I was in Disneyland!

We have missed this weeks storms (we had enough last week), and are just darn cold!

I am so ticked, my health insurance at work is now over $1000 a month, plus an HSA contribution. I applied for individual insurance, for $426 a month plus HSA contribution, and was just denied!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one in my house has been to a Dr. in 2 years at least, except my annual visit. But my husband has had kidney stones in the past (had them treated once in 1989) otherwise pain killers only, every 2-3 years. I have benign PVC's, they determined are completely harmless and haven't had anything done about them in 2 1/2 years. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I really cannot afford $13k a year plus the $3000 deductible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, sorry, didn't know where else to complain.

Sure wish I was in Disney right now!!!
I don't know if I will get any baking done this year, seems I never do. We are supposed to make fleece scarves for the ladies in the family, and of course it appears I am pushing that off further every day. I am sending my Christmas Cards tonight finally! We used a Photopass picture in front of the castle at night and got them put on Tinkerbell cards at Costco. People expect no less from me LOL.

I hear you with insurance companies...I have bad news my dr. had to cancel my surgery the insurance company would not give the correct authorization for an overnight stay so he called me and they are arguing with the insurance...So it is cancelled tomorrow and they are going to reschedule it tomorrow.....It is ridiciulous that they can dictate when and what you need to have done regardless of what your dr. says........

I am soo pissed and so is my dr........

Well I just told Heather about the Raven Simone special and she said she already saw it. Sigh. The kid watches too much tv I think sometimes.
Oh well, its raining/ice again and the dish is going haywire again...

Had two cookies and I'm done. They're yummy right out of the oven.

Oh how I wish I were in WDW or DL right now...

Enough daydreaming, I have to take the dogs out and make them GO. They hate the rain... and won't go out unless you take them out on a lead. Ugh.

Then I'm coming in and putting on my warm jammies and getting ready for bed. Have a good evening everyone! Have Magic'al Dreams!

Hi all, well I almost done my shopping only a couple more to get and I'm done. This weekend we are going to decorate inside the house a little but wont do anything big since we will not be here. We're going to go visit my parents and spend a week there, so it should be alot of fun. It is so bright and sunny out today and warm too so I'm guessing the snow will be melted by this weekend.
Kristin sorry to hear about your surgery being canceled on you like that especially at the last minute! Hope it's nothing too urgent. I don't like insurance company either.

So I will be ok for Hannah Montana how sad that I am excited to go to The HM Concert....I can not wait... I have them all wrapped the tickets that is......One box has a sign in it that says YOUR the next one has GOING the next TO the next one has the tickets wrapped inside with HM wrapping paper...........

I'm glad you got your insurance issue worked out. And your surgery rescheduled. We get it coming and going all the time too. We get our annual raise, which barely covers the raise in the price of the insurance being deducted from our checks, and then the benefits get worse...

And speaking of HM. They just announced a little while ago that HM is coming back to St. Louis. I tried four different times last time to get tickets to no avail. There was a major upset here w ticket brokers buying up all the tickets. This time the ways to buy tickets are limited. Cross your fingers for me and wish me all kinds of luck I get tickets this time for DD. Wouldn't that be just the ultimate Christmas present. She would forget everything else...

Funny, I knew this because Heather already e-mailed Alexa totally excited! Then I had to see if I could find info, but it appears she is not coming back here. What a drag. First health insurance bad news, now no Hannah. Tomorrow something good will come up! I would like to see Hannah myself.

We are going to see HSM on ice this weekend, that should be fun! I'm such a child, I love HSM.

That's funny - our kids. I couldn't get tickets to HSM either. Sigh. We seem to have ticket issues here. It was all over the news how the atty general got involved because of ticket brokers. HM did repeat shows in 4 different cities. Here, Chicago, Atlanta and ? - I forget the last city. Billy Ray Cyrus was on our news talking about how bad he/they felt about the situation when it was happening. Maybe that has something to do with it; her coming back.

Have fun at HSM!

Starting to get antsy about Christmas. Wanting DD to open her gifts. But now hoping the best gift is a pair of tickets to HM!

Glad to see the single digit countdown... It sounds closer anyway.

I want to watch the show tonight about the Mcauley Sextuplits on at ten it is called seven at ten they just turned TEN...Ann Curry is going to interview them tonight..Should be cute...

Now without having the surgery now the kids have talked me into baking with them tomorrow they are hoping for no school..Due to the snow storm they are prediciting tomorrow. 8-12 inches....UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a clip of the McCaughy septuplets this morning on the Today Show. For some reason, that family has always driven me nuts. I can't believe they are 10 already though! Where does the time go?
I have always loved Diane Sawyers stories with the Dilley 6 pack, but she seemed to stop doing them annually now. I saw a few minute update online a couple weeks ago, but no mention of a whole show. They are the same age as my son.
My dd does not know I have tickets to the stage production of HSM in April, for her birthday gift next month, even though we've seen 2 productions of it already we can't seem to stop going LOL. Better stop typing she's sitting right here watching Kid Nation with me.
