Sorry about the delay on replying. I've found a website where you enter everything you've eaten for the day and it figures out your protein, carbs, sodium, etc and how many calories. I was filling in what all I had eaten today and then you also enter your exercise, be it driving the car to running, a whole range.

It will keep track of what you weigh and how many calories you have to maintain to lose weight. I'm just glad it doesn't give me a hard time like my WiiFit!
