LOL!!! I must have had a gem for a MIL, first, had she not been around, I would not have had J for the last 46 years... and second, I had to beg for advice from her when I would ask (as she was a very smart lady)... because she did not want to "interfere"... and boy do we miss her now, and happily I say that J felt the same way about my mother and we miss her too.

I'm sure it does happen to some people as I have great in-laws. I actually lucked out. Going to Nancy's folks is not like visiting in-laws, they are more like good friends and have always been that way. My FIL can play a mean game of bottle caps LOL. Maybe I was the son they never had

I like my In Laws a LOT more than I like my own parents!!!!!

I had to go shopping today too, Alexa needs shoes to wear for her piano recital. She doesn't have any summer shoes for dressier outfits. She is hard to fit, and I end up spending way more than I usually want to on kids shoes LOL!

She is the best. If you want to rebook onboard remember you now need to tell them when you rebook that your going to transfer it to a TA and you need to give the TA's name or you will not be able to transfer it...!!!!I can gve you her info. before we cruise if you want....!!!!!!

I know that feeling... I definitely was not the DD they did not have... they had four daughters and eight sons (J is # 6) (me being an only child)... Jerry's father planted 12 trees in their front yard when he was very young... and told his father he would have a child to sit under each one... he did... so needless to say... Jerry was NEVER allowed to plant anything in our yard till after we were done having kids!

It's funny, she knows nothing about brands, heck neither does my 15 year old son, but she is so hard to fit (like her mom) that only pricey stuff fits. Especially in tennis shoes, she has to wear a wide, and wides are not easy to find now that she is in womens sizes instead of Stride Rites LOL.
