Ordered calzones for dinner, it's Husson Pizza Night, the school gets 25% of total sales. While I was waiting for the delivery, my neighbor called and asked me to come out and sit with her while the kids played, so I did, then ended up eating outside while talking to her. The guy across the street came over when he got home and visited for a bit. Then she ran in the house for a few, so I decided to fertalize while she was in the house. Then she went in for the night, so I was cleaning up and one of our new neighbors stopped by as they were walking so we got to talking! Then the other neighbor came across the street to show me the new street sign and to drop off a water bowl for the dogs! I could have sat out all night! Tomorrow night, I am sure, there will be more people out! It's the weekend!

I stopped and got the triple sec today too! I feel a daiquiri coming on!

not bad....I thought it would be sweeter and I think there's too much lime juice...which is probably why I thought it's not sweet enough! But I'll take it! Also, I used dark rum, as that's what I had, the recipe called for light.... oh well, ya change the recipe and then wonder why it's not as good as other people think! LOL

sounds like you have great neighbors Michele! It was so nice here as well...had a tshirt on without a jacket this afternoon!!
Josh has no school tomorow it's a P.D. day so I'm sure we will be spending the whole day outside LOL

that's what I was looking for....sweet and creamy, Instead I have almost tart and creamy. Maybe I should just make a pina colada. I'm such a light weight though, I am only about 1/2 done with this and I can feel it already..... It's in a tall pilsner, so it's a lot....

LOL Michele are you going to get sloshed on the DIS?? it takes me awhile and and alot for me to start feeling it LOL but give me a beer and it wont take long at all

funny...I don't drink beer. ack. Can't even stand the smell. I will cook with it though. I am a total light weight and I know it! I don't care much for wine either. I prefer girlie drinks....daiquiris, margaritas, coladas, fruity mixed drinks....you get the idea!
