Good Morning everyone!!!!!!
Just to let you all know that I just added the "fish extender list" to the cruise website.....GO Check it out!!!!!!!! If you want to be added please let me know and we will add you to the list!!!!!

So, the Yankee opener gets rained out on Monday. My BIL calls me Monday night and asks me how I would like to go to the rescheduled game on Tuesday night. You see, he and my nephew had field level seats courtesy of a vendor of his and he couldn't go to the rescheduled game. Tough luck on his part :rotfl:

SO yesterday morning, I drive to my nephew's house in Teaneck) he lives right across the George Washington Bridge) and hop on a bus to Port Authority. I work just 7 blocks away. My nephew works with my sister and my wife for the town, so he drove in and I'd go home with him. After work, I hopped on the subway to the stadium, getting there as they were doing the pre-game intros. By the time I got through security into the stadium, The teams were coming onto the field and I caught the first pitch. The weather was perfect, just a little breezy. We had great seats, just a tad up the third base line, just 11 rows off the field. I had my camera with me and got some great shots, which I'll post later in the week when I upload them. Despite the threat of rain, the game was played without interruption. Of course, the Yankees won :woohoo: As soon as we got out of the stadium into the street, the heavens open up. talk about great timing! I've never been to a home opener before and to be at the last one in Yankee Stadium before they move across the street was an experience I will NEVER forget.

Okay, I think I got caught up.....

Gina got an Enchanted phone call while Denis was flinging mushrooms at Candy and Bruce was asleep in the chair from the sheer exhaustion of throwing Kristin's shoes overboard while Kristin was online at Ann Taylor eating jelly beans while her kids were running around like little indians! Allen showed up in time to miss everyting and Gometros was at the Yankees Home Opener!

These are the Days of Our Lives.....

Did I miss anyone? LOL

I have no idea how many bags we'll take. If I remember right, we took 5. 4 for clothes and one for shoes and extra stuff...decor, laundry stuff, etc. I think we only had 2 carryons though. One was the laptop and camera and the other was meds and misc. plane fodder!

Speaking of food! I just made a pan of brownies and have chicken in the crockpot! Time to finish making the rest of our dinner...rolls and veggies.

I have to make the rest of my carnival signs, call the homeroom parents that didn't show last night, tonight and run Colton to choir, but I "HOPE" I'll be around later!
