LOL... I know what you mean! My folks took us cross country skiing when I was a kid... scary!

How far do you have to go to get to the snow? I know that S Calif has had some pretty crazy weather this winter...

We have to drive about an hour away. The local mountains have good snow pack this year! A lot better than last year! Last year was very dry!

Pirate chests? Interesting! I was showing the thread to the boys and they thought it would be fun to design their own pockets on the FE pocket ones that they saw....

I am sure you will have a great time in the snow! My bulbs are just starting to peep up through the dirt, so i am a happy camper. (planted a slew of them last fall, so was hoping I would see something pretty this year)

The only time I remember snow in San Jose (where we grew up) was in 8th grade.. we had 2 inches but still had to go to school that day. And got into snowball fights with my German teacher! LOL... he was cool.

I bet that was fun!!
I lived here my whole life and it only snowed once but never stuck!

A lot of different things, various colors of tulips, daffy dilly's, and several other things I picked up because they looked like they would be neat under the trees. LOL! We also planted a large bed of Peonies under the bedroom window.. various colors of PINK so I hope they do well too.

I was never much into gardening until the last year or two, now am having fun planning things out. Roses... lots of flowers so we can have cut flowers in the house...

We also have a September anniversary, barely, it's September 1st, but still September. We travel in October because the kids get 2 days off. We did spend our 11th in WDW, it works out sometimes because it falls on Labor Day weekend.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was amazing last night! It was unreal to be 3 feet from the stage at our own table for 2. The show was so funny, I didn't realize it was so much comedy.

Now, I have to work today, busier than heck. My ds has first come first serve conferences, that I have no idea if I'll have time to get to, dd is going to a friends, then has Dance. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the rasul the one where the couple is left in private and they get to apply stuff to each other? I was thinking of mentioning that one, but couldn't find it listed in the latest spa offerings I found on the DIS FAQ.
