It has been on the market for a while. They just dropped the price recently it it was closer to high five's close to six. The builder wants it gone and is now worried he will not sell it with the way the market is now. It is a steal at this price!!!!!!

That is a beautiful house!!! I might have to seriously consider a carear change unless I could talk the builder into splitting it into 2 houses LOL

it's crazy!!!!! we've had over a foot of snow so far TODAY and it's still coming down!! airports are shut down since this morning! so we can run away from here even if we tried LOL

Seriously, that house has soo much open space on the third floor it could be another house. My neighbor and I were shocked at how much space it had on the third floor...!!!!!!!!

If you saw the inside of my house right now you would laugh tonight my dad and Bruce were playing the WII and he looked in one of our closets that was open and he laughed Bruce's clothes are all in there.. There is no room anywhere right now. Our bedroom is packed full of rubber maid containers from stuff from our closet...Just wait till we have to move the furniture out. We need to sell it asap...!!!!!!!!

Honestly, the builder is not going to get that the way the market is around here now. He told my other neighbor that he wished he had finished it sooner and sold it when the market was "hot." Who ever gets that house is going to be getting a bargain.. That would be soo very cool if you ever moved down here....!!!!

Had a bite on the furniture two of them today.....Lets keep our fingers crossed that we can get rid of it this week. We will have to package everythng into boxes, etc. But it will be much easier when they go to put in the hard wood floors this way. Then we can start painting the bedroom before the floors get put down....!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably... I saw the news tonight that Toronto flights were 2 to 3 hrs delayed and I think it was Ohio that was completely closed. How awefull for those travelling with children on spring break.

I have some friends who just got back from the Magic today... they were so sad to have missed CC due to the weather, but they had a GREAT trip anyway!~(MAW trip). I wonder if maybe they got back to port late too which made everything late on the other end?

No! I don't want to lose an hour of sleep so I plan on being passivly resistive! We'll trick the kids tomorrow afternoon and tell them we lost an hour because we were abducted by aliens.
