snowing? Wow no snow here, just a few blowing flakes. I haven't shoveled the driveway in 2 years! No seriously by the time I get home from work Nancy has already taken care of it because Kevin always wants to go outside and play.

Snowing again here UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

well the buzzer just went off! TIME FOR DINNER EVERYONE!!!!!!!! LOL
see ya later!

:lmao: that's too funny about the Mr. and Mrs. Pinky!! :lmao: I love it!!!!

Okay...I have to tell you a funny story!!!

I was typing....and of course I'm not very good at it........I started typing Mr. and Mrs Pinky and as I looked up I realized I had typed Oinky instead of Pinky!!!!
I started laughing and Shannon asked me what was so funny, I told her and she started laughing too!!
She said "you have to tell dad about that one!!!
Well as you can see, I corrected it...but I thought it was a funny story..........What genius decided to put the O next to the P on the keyboard?????:lmao: :lmao:

the chili is done, just waiting for the bread to be done, then we will be enjoying it!!!!! a few more minutes to wait!

I made a loaf of the beer bread this afternoon and enjoyed a warm piece of it with some red pepper jelly on it... Yummo! I have a pork tenderloin in the oven with a rub and the brown sugar and guiness beer on it... since I can't have the corned beef. It does smell very good.

Oh my gosh, 2 years with no snow shovelling! Man you got a good thing going there. I wouldn't tell to many folks about that. :rolleyes1 We or I should say I bought a snow blower 2 years ago (great investment), and Michelle said what are you wasting money on that for. It's obvious who shovels snow here. We live on a 1/2 acre lot where we get alot of snow. I've also been eye balling a ride'm tractor to cut grass, but she won't let me. It takes me about 2hours to cut grass here. If that's not bad enough once a week. I have to do it a second time every sat. morning at the cottage as well.
Thank goodness I don't mind it.

I hear you with the grass Bruce often times has to mow ours once a week. He just got a new John Deere tractor we have just under an acre in a half and it is so quick with the new mower..

All that chilli talk is making me hungry....so I just put a tri tip in the oven!!!
I'll make roasted potatoes to go with it!!!

How are you doing today Kristin?????

I just mixed some garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper together and rubbed it on the pork loin roast... then did the same as the corned beef recipe on the web site, rubbed the brown sugar on it and added a 12 oz Guiness beer to it... covered and put in oven... 300 for three hours... it may take longer as the pork loin roast is rather thick. It certainly smells good in the house right now!

I,, just made a pork roast with stuffing and sweet potatoes!!!!!!!!!!

Kristin... how is the respiratory gunk doing... that is what stopped my surgery cold turkey... I'm better now and will talk to the ortho next week to see when we'll reschedule.

I brought a little spring into the house today... some beautiful yellow daffodills! It's about 58 here today and 70 tomorrow... however they are saying a chance of snow again by Tuesday... that's what's got everyone sick here.
