Evening all. Been at church since 8 this morning. We made between 25 and 30 gallons of chili today, and only had about 5 gallons left. I am chili-ed out!! What we made at church was not hardly as complicated as mine.....

I'll send you the recipe if you want it. I found this recipe on the internet called Alabama Chili. I made some modifications to it and renamed it Halloween Chili. We started out having chili and sandwiches on halloween for family and friends. Now we have more people for chili than trick or treaters. It is what you would call semi-homemade. It is all from cans and packs, except the meat and onion. It is good if I do say so myself!!

Evenin' all... we went to church tonight for the chili dinner... and had Allen not saved me some of his turkey chili, I would not have been able to eat. His was all gone but what he saved me... IT IS AWSOME!!!!!

WOW that's alot of chili you made!!!!!

I wasn't alone. There were 4 of us assembling the chili. I did a lot of the cooking, trying to keep the temps right etc. We had help stirring and serving etc..... I think it's Ben & Jerry's time!!
