oh me too!!!!! it's been a month since we had talked on the phone!!! can you believe it??????

Not a dumb question at all!!! there are 2 different ones you can do now. One is Illuminations....the boat picks you up by either The Yacht and Beach Club or The Boardwalk. You tour around the lake for a bit and then just before Illuminations starts at EPCOT, you park under a bridge to view the show! It's like having front row seats! From what I've read, there is also one for The Magic Kingdom Wishes display too. But I haven't read any of the details on it. The entire boat ride/show is about an hour long. Just not sure if I want to spend that kind of money when I can see them from the sidewalk, yanno?? LOL

oh gosh this sounds fun!!!!!!!!!!!! but like you said it sounds a bit pricey for "front row seat"!!!
wonder why they charge so much for just a boat ride??????? hmmm

Me too.. I'm sorry that I had to go to that meeting....

It is a cruise that is offered in WDW you can do a fireworks cruise which is called Illuminations at Epcot and a patoon boat, with your family and friends, or the Wishes on at Magic Kindgom which is way better I think. It is soo much FUN you get snacks on the boat and they will let you bring drinks, but they have sodas, etc. included in the price. Such a FUN way to watch the fireworks. Hey, if either you or Nancy are going in Aug. we could plan to do one they average about three hundred total and you can have a bunch of people on the boat we took one for my dad's 60th B-day one year it was FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that's what I am starting to think! when I first saw the thread that said it was $150, I thought it might be doable, but now, I dunno!! $60 PER person!!! Cha-ching!

UGH!!!! We were just in panic mode! We got a text message saying our acct balance was ZERO!!! so I hurried on line and it said, no it wasn't, so Steve called anyway. Seems when the system rebooted at 9, it sent a message in error. I wonder how many calls the bank will get tonight?!?!

so you can split the cost between more people or is the cost per person?
