Remains of Hurricane Ike! She said in the county over from them...which is less then a mile...that they reported 71 mph sustained winds...that's hurricane 1 winds!!!!

She said all the neighbors were outside last night...since there was no power and no tv, but anyway, they were all out talking and the wind was whipping, all the sudden they hear the wind whip through the trees and then they heard the tell tale sign of a tree falling. It fell right between the 2 houses down the street. She said a 7 year old boy was playing with friends and a branch came down and landed straight on his head. DOA. A woman was driving in her car and tree landed on it. Thankfully, she had a sunroof. Her head went through the sunroof! Had she not, she would have been squished. it's really scary stuff!!!!!!!

Who will be next? Last cruise we were last to get our documents (I think we got them the week before we departed). So I'm sure it won't be us.

I had to have the parent teacher talk today with Maggie's grade 7 teacher regarding her missing a week of school. Maggie's a lucky lady, for her teacher doesn't want to give her much home work, only a few math work sheets and some reading. She'd rather see Mag enjoy her vacation. Boy was Maggie excited...

Michele- Yes that Game is WAY addicting! Mike and I both have it on our computers and are both hesitant to pull ourselves away from it Chris was watching us play last night and wanted to play the game as well He is into games already and he just turned 3 I also bought the creature creator for it as well earlier but never got around to using it because at that time I didnt see what the big deal was...but I dont think that it has affected the game at all not using it

Laura- If you are wanting to participate in the FE exchange then hop all in...I can manage to make one more It may not be everything the same as what I had previously made up just because I did run out a few things, but I can manage to come up with something I would HATE to make anyone feel left out

Randy & Candy- I am so jelous of you guys for getting your cruise documents as well... Na...Congrats on getting them!

Well I am off to head home...We did go over to the place that we are thinking of renting...or maybe renting to own (not sure yet) but Mike finally was able to take the walk-thru with me and he really likes it. So we may be moving in sometime in November if all goes well I will let you all know for sure but it looks promising!

How are ya?!?!?!? Been to the eye doc today for a check up. He dilates my eyes every time I go in that place!! I don't mind that so much, it's that light that is a son of the sun that he sticks in them after!!!!! My eyes are changing though, for the first time since 2005, I'm getting a little more oldsighted.....I mean farsighted!!!
