Nah, we have done the brunch and we have done the dinner. I picked this dinner, but then realized that it is semi-formal night, so we'll eat steak and lobster either way...in the dining room or in Palo. But when we eat in Palo, we have to pay an extra $30. Just not worth it. I'll have to miss on the souffle, but I have heard A) you can ask for one in the dining room and B) if you ask for the chocolate lava cake with a side of vanilla sauce, it's the same!! we'll manage. If not, I'll make it when we get home!

ah well it's still too bad you couldn't get a better time than that!!!

LOL Alton is my hero! Over here, where we live in igloos, our food network has some different shows. Chef at home with Micheal Smith and Licence to grill with Rob Rainford are awsome but I haven't been able to even attempt any of their creations.

Ahh, Since i'm on dial up here, and the DCL site really doesn't like me, I'm just going to wait for the UPS man with my docs and fill em out here. And THEN HOPE I remember to pack them so we don't have to fill em out a second time at the port

Hello guys! We are home from the festival. It was crazy fun. I walked to much, talked so much my throat hurts, ate more junk than anyone should eat in a month, laughed so hard my side still hurts and...........can't wait to go back tomorrow.

Merkie and her friend have showered and are settled down watching Hannah Montana's concert CD. I'm hitting the shower and then off to bed.
