October 11-18, 2008 Disney Magic Parrothead Pirates in Paradise Chapter 11

Hey everyone..Im a little late getting on here today...I dont even want to relive last night Lets just say that after getting off of here...I just dont know what the world had against me but boy was it rough. I had to clean teh bathroom and wash some dishes that my dad had left in the sink from when he was here...so I was washing a knife and low and behold I wound up jabbing myself in the finger Yea It hurt...so I have a slice in my finger that is rather annoying because I jabbed it pretty good Then Christopher didnt have a nap yesterday so he was HORRIBLE last night...he feel asleep for about an hour then he woke up and wouldnt go back to bed...Guess what time I got to go to bed last night??? NONE, we finally winded up going into the bedroom at the time Mikes alarm was going off at 6am this morning!!(yes he sleeps with us which we are seriously reconsidering now )but I took him in his room so that Mike could get some sleep since he went back to work today...well we layed down in the floor of his room (well I did, he layed on a GIANT pillow and still wouldnt go to sleep...I did off and on but nothing that counts as real sleep) So I was exhausted. And thankfully we slept till 3pm

Anyhoo thats how my night/morning went. After we woke up then I was able to finally get my stuff unpacked from Vegas and get our laundry seperated to bring over to DMIL'S house. So I did get something accomplished today I am still tired though and my finger hurts off and on but other than that...I would like to forget last night after I got off of here

So that brings me to my next question- How is everyone else doing??? I am hoping that things get better from here on...I am thinking of maybe starting to pack some later on tonight (to keep my mind off of last night)

The Magic has apparently not yet been thorugh the Gatun Lock yet. Major storm delaying everything at the Canal. Hopefully I'll get to see her go through. Some passengers are posting on the thread that's following the trip. The teens are out of control onboard, playing ON TOP of the elevators.

I just heard something interesting this morning about Zep. Jason Bonham is leaving Journey at the end of the year. No explanation, but of course the rumors are starting that he is going to tour with Zep and produce some new material



Ihave friends on there too. They were the ones that first gave me the heads up of when to check the cam. I got lucky this morning and went there just as the Magic was in full view.

I think you may be traveling with some young ones here..>LOL!!!!!!!!!!>

Hello guys! One more Monday over!!!!!!!! I see you guys have been intertained all day by the Magic. Thanks for posting for all of us who missed it.

Well, we are back out the door to grab dinner (probably Wendy's) and then off to the local high school. Merkie's 4-6 grade and 7-8 grade girls basketball teams both made it to the Championship game of the Pre-season grade school tournament. Tonight, both Championship games are being played in the high school gym. Of course, little Miss Socialite has to go and stay for both.

Yea thankfully nights like that do not happen very often Mike is on his way home from work then its over to MIL'S for dinner...Mike is making his YUMMY beef stew!!

Can someone post the link for the camera so that we can see the magic go thru ???(If they havent gone thru already....I know that someone said that they are delayed so i would love to see them go thru if they havent already

Thats horrible about the teens on the Magic Cruise... Where is the discipline? Im with you Maureen...Mine would have to be praying not to be thrown overboard Just kidding but He already knows better than to act like that

Kristin...Yea my mom originally made it and hubby loves soups and stews so he got the recipe from her, and I LOVE it when he makes it...although I do usually wind up burning my tongue from eating it too fast while its too hot
