I can't answer from a ladies point of view, but I can answer as an experienced cruiser. The trick is to pack as light as possible by bringing outfits you can mix and match. Trust me, there is nothing you cannot wear on a cruise that will get you that nomination. Remember, you are on vacation. I know my wife does wear a cover up to the pool. Walking from the room to outside, the hallways can be cool and if you decide to do Topsiders without changing, again, it can get cool inside.

we don't realy have a choice now to pack light with all the airlines charging for extra bags!!!!!!!!! It will be tricky for sure to pack for 7 days for 4 people with 4 bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're back from football, now it's time to ready the house for company.

Maureen, I would say you should wear something to and from the pool. Then, if you stop elsewhere, like Topsiders, Cove Cafe, etc, you will have some sort of cover on. It could be as simple as a pair of shorts and a T, or if you want to buy a cover-up, then do! I have a cover-up that is gauzy and has a "tube top" type top to it. it's a one piece dress thing. I think I got it at walmart for less then $10. But you could throw on a pair of shorts and be just fine!

Erika, I don't think I have ever seen a SPAM Burger vendor at any carnival around here! And I noticed on the sign, they sell Ice Cold Pop, not Ice Cold Soda! LOL I don't drink cola drinks, so I have never noticed what people call it. I'll have to pay attention. I think around here is all Coke, Diet or Sweet T though.

Denis, when you say "Fatty Pork Spread" are you referring to Lard? They sell that around here by the tub too. I like LandOLakes real butter myself.

Hello guys! Is anyone around?

I'm just popping in to see what's going on. We have finished with the food distribution. We are going to gobble down some lunch, go to the sportsplex to put our daily walk (that happens about twice a week) and then I'll drop Merkie off at her Dad's house.

I must have missed it somewhere along the way. Who is our Spam eater? I don't think I have ever tried it. That ranks up there with Potted Meat to me.

Steve and I are going back next weekend, and I might just try the curds this time. I was already full this time. They keep pretty busy though, there was a steady stream of people, Steve just laughed when I said I had to go take the picture.

For my daily breakfast though, I think my oatmeal is probably my better choice LOL.

I thought of that when I read the sign.... hmmm wonder what the curds are like, I'd try them. LOL

It's actualy called cretons and the link Allen refered to was from wikipedia. I deleted it because I was afraid of people hurling. It's sooo good. Vegans would curse me, health nuts would spit on me. There's probably a zillion grams of cholesteral in every serving.

Morning all! I missed all the fun here last night. I worked all day, and went straight to the fair. Got home at 1 am. Brad Paisley is awesome!!!!! I think I left my hearing at the gate though LOL. His opening acts however, Chuck Wicks and Jewel, eh, not so much! Jewel is awful!!!!

Not sure what I'm doing today, I have so much to do I can't even think straight.

Nope not today. I still have some fatty pork spread. I only get it when we go to Nancy's folks as they don't sell it around here and I bought 3 tubs of it.

Ok, dumb question Bruce printed off the t-shirt logo onto the transfer paper but the way it printed if I iron it down it will be backwards...??? Do I need to flip the design???

You have to print using the mirror image option so it prints backwards and then it irons on flipped. kwim???
