Me and DBF are planning a trip for later this year. Originally we were thinking that we would go Oct 06, and then again Oct 07. Now we are considering Dec 06, and Oct 07. Either way we'd be getting AP's and the DDE. Which is the better option.

Here are some of our concerns.

He has never been to WDW before, :earseek: He has been to Disneyland though, and thinks there the same thing.

I've been three times to WDW, in Jan 98, Mar 99, and Oct 05.

We are both interested in food, therefore, were thinking about Oct for the Food and Wine Festival.

But, I would really like to go and see all of the Christmas decorations, and MVMCP, which he said he'd probably prefer over MNSSHP. Also the Osbourne lights and CP.

That's a tough one.
I just did the Food and Wine Festival for the 1st time and I loved it!!
But I missed seeing the Christmas decorations this year.
It's a tough call. :confused3

But if I had to pick one I'd say go in December.

I do both but I alternate and I also use an AP for both. I love both times of year.

If you want to do one in 06 and the other in 07 then you'll get to experience both and on one AP! Of course, then you'd have to do December first and then October next year.

I love both MNSSHP and MVMCP. I love Halloween and Christmas time at WDW. This past year I was lucky enough to do both in one year but like I said I usually alternate.

October has MNSSHP, the Food and Wine Festival, GREAT weather and minimal crowds. December has MVMCP, Osborne Lights, Candlelight Processional, Holidays around the World at Epcot, tree lighting ceremonies, Santa Claus, Christmas decorations all over and Christmas music playing everywhere.

It's a tough call. Have fun planning!
