Oct/Nov codes??

Can anyone tell me if there are any AP or Miltary discounts.
Planning on 10/22 POR if I book direct with WDW can they adjust rate if a discount comes out later.
Will I be stuck to the rate at booking
Myself & Son are AP holders.
My Daughter Is AF Reserve.
Also is it possiable to use a Miltary Discount @ POR?
Vacation @ WDW POR with my oldest & youngest can't wait.

AP rates wont be out til a month or two before those dates. As for military I dont know about those. Have you check out rates at Shades of Green?

Last year codes for Oct - December came out around mid August.

They will only change it if discounts are available for your resort and dates. There is no advantage if you already have a reservation, you will compete with others without reservations for the discounts.

If you already have a reservation and codes come out, they will modify the ressie for you to reflect the discounted rates, if there are available rooms at the discounted rate.

I think you should go ahead and book now- at least you will have your ressie locked in- if there aren't rooms available w/a discount, you can modify the resort, or the dates- or just stay w/what you already have. If you wait to book until the codes come out, you might not get a room at all!!

I agree with momofkatie. We are going Oct 28-Nov 3. Also the lady that does mousesavers.com suggests the same.I hope I can get a discount but if not at least we will have a room at POR.

This is thesame dilema I m having...Will they allow you to modify resorts based on AP rate availability?
