Oct in AK

we usually spend a good deal of time at AK on each trip. We'll be at WDW Oct 5-14 this year. We like to get to AK early do a safari or something first then eat breakfast at Tusker House - usually sit down, sometimes at the little inside bakery and sit outside. Is there anywhere in October to get a breakfast after you're already back in the park? Not interested in the Character Meal. It takes too much time out of touring. We then usually catch another meal at Flame Tree or Tusker house (chicken or salmon meal) before leaving. Used to like the Chicken place in Asia too. Don't want to eat at McDonald's or have sandwiches. The new Yak and Yeti is now supposed to open in Nov. Is there anywhere to get a meal, not a sandwich besides Flame Tree. Don't want to walk all the way to The Rainforest then back into the park. Without a hearty breakfast, don't know if we can hold out to go to Boma on the way out. Have never been to the Pizza place or Restaurantasauras (sp?) Do they have a a non-sandwich or non-salad meal? We look forward to eating at Flame Tree, but eating every meal there might just take the novelty out of it! Ideas?
