Do you think that Epcot will be crowded on this day even though it is the day after it's EE, and that the park closes at 3?

Epcot is big enough that it absorbs all but the most brutal of crowds (think holiday time). That said, Mission: Space will undoubtedly have queues long enough to require sleeping bags.

My best guess is that people would be less inclined to go to Epcot that day, knowing it will be closing early. Of course, the reverse could be true, with people deciding no one will go since it's closing early, and then they'll all show up.

The other thing to keep in mind is that the fireworks events at the other 2 parks will be more crowded on this day. With no illuminations showing that evening, that only leave spectro/FITS and Fantasmic, so all those people who would have been at Illuminations will now be at one of those 2 fireworks.
