Your post was difficult to read with all the caps-but if I understand correctly, you are asking if the Trick or Treating at SW is included in admission?

During the month of October Sea World has Trick or Treating in the park during the day on the weekends. Last year, they did include the 31st. There are several unique characters wandering the parks and a few little shows. The Trick or Treating (last year) was set up on the path on the far side of the lake. The Halloween events are included with regular admission.
