I just heard an interesting fact on TV.
Right now there is snow in every state accept Florida.
Even Hawaii has it in the mountains.

Yep, our mountains are covered. Looks pretty when the snow is far away.

It's been pretty cold here but finally warming up this weekend. Will be in the 60s.

My 2-day cruise is next week and right now looks like we will have nice weather. Still don't know how it will be out at sea so I am packing some warmer clothes just in case.

Hi Denise! When's the next trip to Colorado?

leaving feb.5th to the 13th....my daughter is having back surgery...i will get there after the surgery to help her out. Her fiance' needs to be back at his base a few days after her surgery....just hoping no major snow storms in either state.....

so Greg, be kind to me and dont do your chicken weather dance to send the white cruddy stuff this way in february..:flower3: ok??

Morning.....

Gee I beat Kathy and Greg this morning.....

Morning all!

Busy day today, shopping, car repairs, a viewing and a board meeting...

Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

Hello everyone,

Denise you beat me easily because we are in different time zones. I am still snoozing when your up, dressed and at work.:lmao:
Congrats on the top of the page :thumbsup2
Bobby almost always gets the top.

We are in the 50's here which is nice, but it is dumping rain which isnt so nice. The mountians are getting hit hard with snow which is great for all the skiers and snow boarders.

If I get ambitious I will do a load of wash today.

Have a great day everyone,

Kathy

Went to DCL website to make a payment on our upcoming cruise, and wanted to share we are sailing in 289 days.

We can book Palo and excursions in 169 days (we are platinum), which means we need to paid in full by then. We have from now until then to decide if we will try for Remy. honestly, we love the food onboard, and I don't know if I can justify $75 each for dinner. We don't plan on getting off the ship in Nassau, so may be we will do Remy as our excursion. I can't wait to read reviews from early cruisers on the Dream to help me decide.

Have a great day everyone. Sunny, but only 43 now at 11:20am (31 overnight). Chilly central Florida day.

Stephanie

Kathy: happy rubber duckie day right back to ya!!:thumbsup2

yeah---289 days....we have a board here at work, and we write down our vacations and countdown days....when I put mine up it was in the 700+ days so 289 sounds really good to me!!:thumbsup2

Enjoy your cruise. A short cruise on DCL is better than a few days on land!

jealous!!

have a good morning everyone and I am soooo glad today if Friday!!:dance3:

Morning all,
Happy friday :woohoo:

Christine on your cruise please take photos of any changes they did to the ship. I know they enclosed the Outlook bar on deck 10 so people would have another viewing area for Alaskan cruises. I would love to see a photo of it and your view of how it is.

Suppose to be 56 here today and some clearing before the next big rain storm hits. Its raining in the mountains due to the warming trend and so much of the snow has started melting already. Thats bad for skiers and bad for us due to possible flooding.

Today is :laundy: Always something fun to do!!

Later all,

Kathy

Morning everyone!

Kathy, we are having a heat wave at 22 this morning. :lmao:

Sorry about missing Rubber Ducky Day. :(

Now THAT'S a big rubber ducky!

Hope everyone is having a great day and a wonderful weekend!!!

Good morning all and a very happy Friday to you!

Wishing this cruise would start to get here a little quicker! :) It's so cold here and I'm kind of over the whole winter thing...

I'm so excited about this cruise, it's hard to concentrate on anything! Since changing over from the Wonder to the Dream, my family has talked about this cruise each night at dinner! We made our before cruise arrangements (the Country Inn & Suites) and our after cruise arrangements (Bonnet Creek).

Now I'm looking at ways to decorate our door, FE, tshirts, and little ideas to make this cruise special for our first timers... :confused3 What would you recommend? We have 5 new cruisers: ages 9, 25, 30, 31,and 58. All of them love Disney (I mean, really, who doesn't!?), but without giving away any of the secrets or magic that they'll experience, I want to make this special and not overwhlem them. What would you do for your first timers?

Have a great rest of the day!
Angela
