Now Kathy, I thought you told greg to do the dance and he did it last year or the year of the cruise...not sure, but I thought he did it, cuz the neighbors are not talking to him now I think it had to do with what "outfit" he didnt have on....

Well just got home about 1/2 hr ago, my turkey still has a little ice, so its on the counter...my jello mold is molding in the fridge....now its just house cleaning the rest of the evening

Kathy, I ended up making 2 pumpkin rolls and a double batch of a fruit salad for dinner today. Kids and I are up and watching the parade, check back in when we get home tonight!

Ok, here at work (lucky me) and its freezing outside (thanks Greg) and now there is no heat in the building. So I am sitting here, my fingers are frozen and my winter jacket on and the furnace isnt working!!!!

Ugggg......we are only supposed to be here til noon.....so I'm thinking I should have one or two digits that are not frozen by then....

Happy Black Friday everyone!

Hope everyone enjoyed themselves yesterday! We had a wonderful time, and unlike Greg, I DID overeat. It was wonderful and worth it though! Now we are just freezing here, thanks for the freezing rain last night Greg! It's about time to wake up DH to get started on making the house all ready for Christmas since we are having people over here this month.

Denise, I hope the heat gets turned on or they let you go home before you lose all your digits!!!

It is absolutely freezing here. It was 27 when I woke up Not going near the stores today. I'll stay home and get the house ready for the holidays. I am hoping to be fully decorated by Sunday.

Denise - you shouldn't have to work in such condition. They should let you go home with full pay.

Happy late Turkey Day Nanaheads. We are at BCV (had a great time at BLT yesterday along with a super dinner at Citricos. Hit the MK this morning and got to ride Splash, Thunder (2x) and Barnstormer, then headed over to the BCV for lunch at Beaches and Cream and now taking a break before heading out to DHS tonight for Osbourne Lights and dinner at Brown Derby. Then tomorrow bright and early we get our pickup to head to the port. Will miss those Nanaheads who aren't making it this year!

Christine sounds like winter is finally decided to pay you a visit.
We actually warme dup today, to 45 which is great although its raining alot.



Morgan, how did the pumpkin rolls come out? They sound really good.

Bobby w eneed to keep a close eye on you mister!!!

We did go to DD's house even with colds. Her DD came too and she had a cold so we deicded everyone was exposed whether we went or not.

It was a good time with family and our oldest DS even stopped by with his girlfriend for 15 minutes on their way to her family's house.

Greg and Peter fell asleep before dinner watching football, It was the cold meds they took really knocked them out.

I wanted to cave the turky and just set the carcas on the table, then wake them and say Hey you missed dinner lazy bones
But they woke up just in time. Dang it!!!

We usually spend the night at my MIL's house but we didnt want her to catch the cold so we got a room at a Best Western. it was really a nice large room. Much better than other BW's we have stayed at.
They didnt even charge us for Peter which was nice.

They had a large indoor pool, exercise room, coffeemaker, microwave, frig, ironing board and of course a TV. That doesnt sound like much but out here that is a really deluxe set up. Many hotels just have the TV and free coffee in the lobby.

Plus they gave us each a voucher for Dennys which si next door for a free breakfast. It had about 8 nice choices plus coffee or tea. Much better than the continential breakfasts most place give.

Now we are home and waiting for the Oregon Ducks to play their game at 4 p.m.
