OMG!!!

I have now had 2 weird dreams about the cruise.

Can you believe it.

A year plus to go andalready the weird dreams are coming.

FIRST ONE.....We missed the ship and had to drive to KEY WEST,then DD wanted to get in this huge lake in KEY WEST but here was a HUGE alligator in it and we wouldnt let her.

LAST NIGHT.....Dreamt i went on a cruise alone and was waiting in a terminal,a weird almost outside terminal with a little bit of rain and then i was lookign for my passport and opened up allmy suitcases and just as i found it they called us to board and i was shoving all my clothes backin suitcases and trying to get my passport and then down the corridor we were waiting in came a very lame parade.

I have now had 2 weird dreams about the cruise.

You're cracking me up.

So I read a post on the main page which states that the cruise dates will be released in October instead of staggered, and that the Disney Dream will be ready by Jan 2011. I have been reading AndrewUK's posts for years and he is usually "on the mark".

I do have some doubts on when the Dream will actually sail, but I am very interested in the Wonder's repo cruise and whether it will sail to Hawaii after it meets its contractual obligations in Los Angeles.

I know I am getting way ahead of myself, but we have wanted to go on a Disney Hawaiian cruise for a long time.

And i got my DN a reservation at Bibbity bobbity boo..... the same night as the MNSSHP, in the MK ....in the CINDERELLAS CASTLE!!!!!

OMG i am sooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay in the DISNEY RESORT and then DO a CRUISE and for it to be a DISNEY CRUISE........................OHHHHHH that would be Blissful!!!

OMG.... What a place. Talk about nice. Perfect amount of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. We are right by the pool and bus stop. It is faster to walk to the bus stop at the springs then to wait for the internal bus to the Grandstand stop then go around to the springs. On average from MK to out villa is about 45-50 min. With walking 30-35 min. My only complaints are the master bed is only a queen size and the only port for internet is in the master bedroom. If you have any questions, fell free to ask.

Can you see other tree houses from your tree house?

How many are there?

Can you park your car right at the tree house?

Welcome!

Yes, we are off to a good start considering we are still 14 months out. Typically threads for 3 and 4 day cruises are not as active as 7 day.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at VWL; our next planned trip is this cruise so we have switched our focus on this vacation.

We plan to book 3 or 4 days at the Tree House Villas or Beach Club Villas before the cruise. We have stayed at most of the DVC properties, I am very interested in hanging out at Stormalong Bay.

Thanks Pudo, We also want to spend a day or two at disney before the cruise, we are between the Bay lake tower or the new Animal Kingdom Village, we have about 7 months to decide......

Not really close to the the main house at SSR. It is about a 10 min walk. The tree houses have their own small pool and hot tub. But you can use the main pool. I think they have 70 tree houses but I will ask today. Yes there is parking right in front of the walk way to your villa. Each walkway has about 3-4 villas. You can see other villas from yours but they are surrounded with trees.

We are planning to come down on the 28th to spend our 10 year anniversary on the 29th and then fly home on Monday or Tuesday after the cruise. If all goes well, we would stay at BLT before the cruise and after but with a wait list for ALK for after the cruise.

Just popping in to say hey...very busy getting ready for back-to-school!

We are doing a lot of cruise shopping for our RCCL cruise, grabbing up all the clearance swimsuits we can find! Got a decent size cruise pile going, gotta love that!

It is pretty exciting, but it's hard getting past this time of year since fall is when we usually cruise. Plus most years we do WDW again (spring for Savannah's BD and Fall for Brendan's *cough*food&wine*cough*) but we are doing some home improvements (painting, new lighting, etc.) and probably won't have the extra $$$.

I am trying to convince Ron to do Disapalooza though!!

I would be up for some type of social function centered around a game. I couldn't find the schedule for Oct. 2010. I don't know how far in advance they publish them. Either way, football is football. It doesn't really matter who is playing. The Sunday night game may be a good choice since we are at sea the next day. I never paid much attention during the last Halloween cruise as to whether sporting events are available on the TV's.

So, knewton64, were you volunteering to organize this event? haha

....a runnin around' on my pre-day (at MK followed by Park Faire at Grand Floridian the day (in the am) I depart from POFQ to go onto my DCL cruise, it sure would be nice to relax a bit over a football game - oops - I shoulda said relaxin a bit over a Margarita (heavy on "the mar" ) while watchin' a pro football game.
HHmmm...ya may be onto something here - I'd figure we can explore this some more (getting together a few people for a football party) the closer we get into the date of departure.

In the meantime.....ya wonder if this guy is goin to extend his concert tour dates ?

Well we would not be doing MNSSHP or any other Vacation this fall if it wasnt for My DN.....

This whole thing started out as My mom wanted to bring my niece to WDW.

Well we just really didnt want to spend the money on tickets for 4 of us for a week at WDW right now.

So we decided on Universal...You really cant beat the $99.

Then we decided one night at MNSSHP would be just enough Magic to add to the vaca.

Then All my older children decided if Gran was going to be here then they wanted to come, and my brother decided he was coming so it ends up there will be 12 of us going to MNSSHP...

It is my Treat BUT i said if i am treating the rule was everyone had to dress up, So we have a Princess, a SKATER, a candy corn, King and QUeen Mickey Head, Wilma and Fred Flinstone, Speedracer and his woman side kick, an army man and his nurse, and a cowboy. SHOULD BE A GREAT FAMILY PICTURE!!!

It is a private party in TSMM held by DU/The Dis/DisUnplugged Podcast. They did it last year and had a little dessert party but this year they are doing a carnival/fair type theme with sausages/peppers, corndogs, funnel cakes & elephant ears, etc. (i think the food is free but I could be wrong) Anyway it costs $25/pp but you don't need park admission (its after closing)
You can just ride the ride over & over & over again. and can I just say is I was really close to beating Ron last time we rode and he is due some payback...

I think it is on Dec. 12. It's a Saturday night. I couldn't go last year cause I had to work, but it sounds like a whole lot of fun!
