Oct 30 2010 7 Night Western (PART 2)

We have been in a sideways 11 before- they're great! Seems so spacious and open without that narrow entrance hallway.

I have pics onhand, this is 6019, wave hi to Ron;):

THANK YOU for the photos!! Looks Great!:cool1:

Congrats everyone on the room assignments!! :goodvibes

TRICK OR TREAT QUESTION:

I am preparing to make an order of goodies for the ToT. How many kids are bringing their own bags/containers for the Trick or Treat? It has sparked some lively discussion round here and I am curious as they are sold in packs of 50. Of course I could just order 2 packs and have 100 but if a large enough amount of people are bringing their own then I could order 1 pack and spend the rest on candy. (they are not expensive at all, just trying to get an idea)

Thanks! :goodvibes

We're bringing our own bag ;)

Great. And it seems that our stateroom door looks out into the elevator lobby, and thus just across the way, is Sheri's extended family and her own family!

No upgrade, I think this is a Cat 6 and we booked a 6. Does anyone know if this stateroom has a clear plexiglass verandah?

Oh, just got my own answer. I checked the reviews. This stateroom has a Plexiglass verandah with one solid floor to ceiling solid wall at the side, but a clear view straight out. AWESOME!! Wow, if this didn't seem real before, it sure does NOW!!

:cool1:  :cool1: What were we saying about six?

We are going to the MNSSHP the night before the cruise so we are packing Halloween bags since we will be ToT in WDW. Thanks for thinking of everybody.

Congrats to all with room assignments!! Looks like deck 6 will be a happening place!

Need some other ideas for our trip. Monies are tight, but we will be celebrating our 10 yr. anniversary onboard-what are some ideas for our week on the Magic to doin leiu of shore tours/expensive ship things throughout the week (Most concerned with Cozumel & Grand Cayman; Key West is so brief and Castaway Key is a $7 tube and a couple non-alcoholic beverages) We're ADD/ADHD and don't know how to relax and like to be busy all the time. I don't want a huge bill! Thanks for the fresh ideas, I have total faith you guys will think of things I haven't!

Lois - maybe since you cruise the week before us you could let us know when you get your documents . . . mainly because I like to get the mail when I know they are coming!!! hahahahahah

We got the doc for the 10/23/10 cruise this past Monday!!!! This Cruise can begin to look for the documents to arrive at any moment. It is begining to feel real.

I logged into DCL and saw this message:
"Fuel Supplement Onboard Credit: The cost of the fuel supplement charge has been applied as a refundable Onboard Credit to this reservation."

Yay!

I haven't been on this thread for a while; I haven't been really excited about the cruise lately. We've taken a lot of vactions this year and I think I'm a little vacationed out. But I'm sure it will be fun. I'm a little disappointed I missed the deadline for the DIS trick or treat but I guess that's what i get for not checking in for months. Any way to still sneak in?

Yahoo -- I'm glad that so many of you heard about your rooms today!

If you get bored on deck six
I've got an easy fix
come on up to deck seven
as it is the next best thing to heaven.

Poetry was not my strong suit in college, quite obviously.:)

Jen, my two will be bringing their own TOT bags. Nothing fancy, just the $1 minnie bags from the Disney store. Figured I'll pack some surprise onboard things for them when we first walk into our stateroom and then reuse them for the TOT.

I'm in need of the names of some of the kids who are 10 and under that will be participating in the Treasure Hunt on Nachi Beach. Right now there are 19 girls and 13 boys who are 10 and under. I know most of the names of the children, but if you see your name listed below, please PM me with the first names of the children in your party and their stateroom numbers. We will be hand delivering a special invitation to the children the night before we dock in Cozumel.

mmouse37 (first names and stateroom numbers for the girls age 5 and 1 and the boys age 10 and 6)

pegthelawyer (first name for the girl, age 7 -- I have two stateroom numbers but can you give me the number of the one where you think she'll be staying)

krisces (the first names and staterooms for girls age 9, 8, 8, 6 and boys age 8 and 5)

fastpaks (the first name of the boy, age 7 and the stateroom number if you know it yet!)

Thanks!

:yay: We've been assigned our room too, it's Cat. 11 6637, I'm so pleased that we're on deck 6 .... let the party begin :yay:

We have stayed in 6641 three times on the Magic and LOVED that location. I believe my MIL was in 6637 for our last cruise and had no complaints! If we had been able to pic any cabin when we booked we would have been in 6641 again!

Speaking of food, where do I tell DCL about my wife's food alergies? I looked at the med form and it really wasnt much help. Do I need to email them?

In the past it has been "Rockin Bar D" - but I always ask when I am checking in, just to make sure!
