I have posted a few thing but now that we are closer Iam really trying to catch up on what is going on:

My family is not particpating in the FE exchange because I will have to much stuff to prepare and pack. Iam coordinating this trip for 11 people and just will not have time. My DH is not crafty and I would have to do these on my own. :rolleyes1The others in my group are not on the disboards and have not shown interest. That have no idea what they missing! :lovestruc

Can I still sign up for the disTOT? I was reading up on the post and it seems like it is a hunt? Would a 4 year old be able to do it?

Also- Are there any other families with 4 year olds? I would like to have my Daughter to have someone to play with:cutie:

We still do not have our stateroom assignment. I completed the paperwork the day I was able to. It says its complete. I feel like I forgot to complete something but it shows otherwise. So we wait. (I hate waiting)

Who are we supposed to PM?

Thanks

If you would like lanyards or have kids interested in the Trick or Treat, that's me! :goodvibes I am closing both to new submissions this Sunday 9/5 so I can get started on my printing. :thumbsup2

Yes, but she will need a little help from an adult. The clues aren't too difficult to someone familiar with the ship but they are written more towards the 9-10 year old age group. Here is an example of how the clues are written: (lol please don't laugh at my poetry!;))

Dead center of the Atrium,
You'll focus here on me.
In my gear I steer the ship
And lead us on our way out to sea.

Of course the answer is the Helmsman Mickey statue on Deck 3 in the Atrium. So that would be the next stop. ;) I will say this clue example is probably a bit easier than the real ones (Helmsman Mickey is not one of our actual stops), but just in case anyone gets stuck I will have a list of stops and a deck map of the ship with all locations marked - a cheat sheet if you will- that I will hand out at check in.

I know!!! I usually choose the room assignment but we upgraded to the 9 GTY, we usually get a category 10 inside deluxe! I hope we get one soon

Good Luck:wizard:

This is a great Clue! I think this would be a lot of fun!! Thanks for signing us up!

What needs to be contributed to participate? Do we need to provide candy? Let me know:woohoo:[/B][/COLOR]

No, you don't need to contribute anything to participate. :) We already have a lot of non-candy goodies, plus I have an overage from the lanyards that will go towards candy purchases. I am buying some candy too and we also have had some other donations going towards it as well, so we should be all set without anyone having to schlep any candy from home! :thumbsup2

Ron already told me he is carrying the beer so I have to be able to handle the duffle bag of candy! :rotfl:

Don't hesitate to ask! :) Thanks for coordinating! It is a lot of work! Iam coordinating this trip for my family and all of my mom and her friends and it is a lot of work. They have no idea. They just show up and the magic happens :dance3:

Oh I know it is a lot of work, but it is my pleasure! :goodvibes Shoot I am going to have fun too! :rotfl:

My PASSPORTER!!!!! NOT:mad: But it is truly my own fault. I went to chapters on Saturday (or maybe it was Sunday). They, unlike the website said, were out of stock in the store, but no problem, I was able to use their computer there to order one for myself and have it shipped for free directly to my house. I paid at the cash (It came to $53 some dollars). Now if I'd ordered it online from Amazon or passporter, it would have come to about that with the exchange rate, and shipping costs anyway. The printout indicated a delivery date of no later than Sept. 14th. So imagine my surprise when it arrived in the mail TODAY!! A Big box was left on my front steps! Imagine my surprise too and excitement when I opened that box and saw the leather binder, Yippee! Then imagine my disappointment when I noticed the pages inside were for WDW instead of DCL!!! I pulled out my receipt, and it was my own error. I had clicked on the wrong book when I ordered it. I'll be returning it to chapters shortly, but online, now for ordering it online through chapters, the DCL one shows it being OUT OF STOCK!! :sad1: Ohhhhh, I WILL get my hands on one somehow! I do love the leather binder though!!

Hi,
My daughter Janae is 4 years old.:cutie: I am sure that she will love to have someone her age to play with.:yay:
She loves Snow White and Dopey and being on the big boat. She is also participating in disTOT. She told me that she wanted to find a friend when she gets on the big boat. We are getting so anxious for this cruise.:woohoo: Everyone seems to be so kind and helpful. Hope to meet up with you.
Gina

We have done this 2 or 3 times in the past and always love it. The food is really good, expecially the chilled strawberry soup. Cinderella and the Prince come out and have their royal dance between visiting tables. The stars of the evening, however, have got to be the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine. They make a show of being jealous of all the attention that Cinderella is getting and are desperate to find a date of their own. Play along with their attitude and have a blast, Dizney-Cruiser.

That would be great. Is this your first cruise? Is your daughter dressing up for Halloween? PM and we can chat :cutie: She is a only child and would like to make new friends. Gillian is just turned 4! She and I are very excited!! Last year she made me watch the cruise DVD everynight as her tv time until the cruise. I hope she does not find it in her dvd collection or Iam in trouble. I can admit even I got sick of watching it! I don't dare put on our video from last year cruise!!:rotfl2:

Can anyone confirm that Halloween and Pirate night are on two different nights? My daughter wants to bring a halloween costume and a pirate costume. I hope they are not combining this. Just want to double check because usually the pirate party is later in the weekpirate:

They are most definately on two different nights! I'm trying to convince my boys to be pirates for Halloween (they don't know about this cruise), as that way I won't have to pack 4 costumes total for the two of them. But NOOOOoooo. They want to be Jedi's for Halloween! I'll look for Jedi costumes or pattersn to make them, AFTER everyone is back to school!

What does your daughter want to be for Halloween?

Yes. Halloween - Sunday, Pirate night - Wednesday

QUOTE]

We haven't had dinner there, but I know a lot of people who have. It seems especially popular as a second option when reservations at Cinderella's Castle cannot be had.

We have had breakfast there and it was very good. Except for breakfast the characters are different....Mary Poppins, Alice, Mad Hatter.

Get this. We sauntered by the Disney store yesterday as we were back to school shopping at our local mall called Tysons Corner. Of course, my twins wanted to look at the princess costumes. Lo and behold, both of them honed in on a Belle costume with hoop skirt and lots of gems. Not the cheapest Belle costume (there were a couple of options), but the one that was $150 bucks. Ridiculous. Times two....even more ridiculous. When I was their age I went trick or treating dressed as an oatmeal raisin cookie ... large round piece of cardboard with raisin boxes glued onto it and flecks of oatmeal thrown at it.

Just in case anyone here is wondering, I said a loud "NO" to the Disney Store Belle costume. Be prepared to see my family dressed on 10/31 as three Minnies and a Mickey. The females are easy and we already have our costumes ready to be placed in our luggage. The male in the family has no idea....but I plan his costume to be very comfy -- yellow crocs, red sweat pants with two big white buttons, a black t-shirt and of course, the mickey ears attached to a black baseball hat. There is _no_ way he'll agree to wear the big mickey hands or even white gloves. We've been married long enough for me to know what I can, and can't get away with. We will be dining at Palo beforehand so anticipate a quick change into costume after our fine dining experience! And then we'll go fetch our two at the Kids Club, fingers crossed that they won't be too worn out, and we'll see if we can find a Magic Halloween Party.pirate:

My son is also 4. I'm hoping he will also meet some other children his age, especially since this would be his first time spending time in the Club.
