QUOTE=tjbaggott;37839201]Don't know for sure if we can help you out or not just yet, but it may be a possibility! We are in a Hotel just outside Universal Studios from the Tues to Thurs. and then are driving Thursday Morning, after checking out, to Cocoa Beach. Our plan is to actually spend the day at the Beach before checking into CI&S in PC. So we may be able to take them to Cocoa Beach on the 29th with us. At least there is definately enough room in the our van to accomodate two more passengers. Let me know if this transportation would be of help and then we can talk further. :)
:flower3::grouphug: You are extremely kind and we so appreciate it! I think they are looking to taxi/limo there and I have no idea what there is from MCO to Cocoa. They talked about renting a car and dropping at the port but I think that is a bit of a hassle for them as they would need to gather their bags, etc.

Hi there! :)

As far as the ToT goes, just post here the number of kids participating and their ages, and we'll mark you down! (since you need 10 posts to PM).

We don't really have an age limit for the kids (well...under 18...LOL) but the activities and non-candy prizes will be mostly geared towards the under-10 set. Since it is right before we arrive in port the kids can dress up, or not. Either way is fine. :)

Leslie (lsjones) is in charge of the FE. She will need your stateroom, number of participants and ages. :goodvibes

If it's at all possible; I have two boys (9 and 5) who would love trick or treating. That is, if there's still room and it's ok for a newbie.

Of course it's OK!! :thumbsup2 I'll mark the boys down! :)

BTW,
:welcome: aboard!!! We are glad to have you sailing with us!:goodvibes

Check out post 1 for all kinds of great info, and if you have a question don't be shy, this is a wonderful group! :thumbsup2

Hi all :)
We are sailing with all of you on the 30th and have been following all of the great info from here on disboards. I would like to ask that you keep Janae in your thoughts and prayers. Janae is 4 yrs old and she is having a 3 hour surgery tomorrow at Childrens hospital in Columbus Ohio. Her mother Gina, who is on an insulin pump has been very stressed and her blood sugars have been all over the place worrying about Janae. I have been very worried about both of them. This cruise has helped in taking our minds off of what Janae
will be going through.
Janae is so anxious to get to the big boat (as she calls it) and to see Snow White. She is a bit obsessed with her and says she wants to be Snow White when she grows up.:cutie:
We are all so excited about our cruise and all of you have added to our excitement. This is a wonderful place to come to for peace of mind. We can't wait to meet all of you.:yay:

Hi Linda,

You and Gina and Janae will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers!

Our sincere hopes that all goes well tomorrow and Janae has a speedy recovery!

Take care, Jen

Praying for Janae and Gina and Grandma! The hardest part is putting them to sleep. I thought I would die watching my son go under.

Know we are praying for you all and can't wait for all to be heathy and excited to go cruising with Mickey!

God bless and Pixie dust :wizard:

Many thanks to the Disser who mentioned that WDW had just extended its reduced hotel rates. I'm getting a better room and over $100 credit off our original rate! :yay::yay::yay:

I got lots of mail today! Exciting to see letters from all over the country!

Thanks everyone!

WDW extended the discounts today and as my parents are VERY old school and my mom gets super corporate rates thru her company, they almost choked when I told them how much a discounted room would be at Wilderness (I was thrilled at 217 with tax)! Hopefully we can convince them to hang with us. Thanks so much for your generous offer - another reminder that there are still good people out there!
We've used Happy Limo for 2 cruises and have been very happy. You can google for their website and mention mousesavers and you will receive a discount. We found them to be very reliable.

The closer to the cruise the move crazy i feel like what do i pack what do i wear. I had a friend just get back from a caranival cruise and she said she wore summer dresses every night and in the day just lived in her swimsuit and cover up but im confused if u have pictures from what u will wear or previous cruises can u post so i can get a idea of a normal night at dinner will look like. Im not big on dressing up all the time and really like being casual but what is casual at dinner for everyone. Panic attack lol lol:confused3

I am packing black pants and a nice top for one night. I also own a bunch of flared cotton skirts that I wear with fitted t-shirts, so I am packing those. I have a fancier pair of capris that I can dress up with nice sandals and a dressier top. I am taking dresses the other three nights....one formal cocktail dress and two relaxed cotton summer dresses.

During the day, if not in a bathing suit, I will be wearing capris and a t-shirt. I will probably pack at least one pair of jeans.

how many suitcases are u guys taking cause we are going for 2wks cause we also are going to walt disney before hand and so far we are taking 4luggage and 2 carryons and we are a family of 3 my DH and I and My DS(7) and i feel like im over whelmed trying to pack for the parks and also for the cruise. I feel like i have to go shopping cause during the year we dont really go anywhere fancy so i never need formals even though so far i do have my formal dress. But im a mom who works in the gym so i am always in yoga or fitness sporty shorts cause i work at a gym so i feel like im panicking cause i have to shop and summer here is over and im not having alot of luck finding summer clothes and when i do its like so i buy for my current size or the size smaller since im dieting. But my thing was just trying to figure out the dinners cause im sure i will be in swimwear during the day so im not worried there. I guess with it getting closer its finally hitting me that we are actually leaving in 2months. my DH is usually on here every day researching and looking at pictures and me i just kept saying i got time LOL well now i just starting geting on here and it can get overwhelming guess i better start making a list

Thanks to all who sent their get well wishes, prayers and pixie dust for Janae. Thanks for all of your kind words.
