Robin......Have added your tips to the web site. Look on the decks page. Look at deck 6 and see you in your stateroom...LOL Ahhh can't wait till we are really in them.

A couple of things about the group Palo reservation.

If you reserve with the group you cannot also have a separate reservation for just you.

For the WB Repo everyone made their individual reservations when the booking window opened. Then at 30 days out DCL contatced those that had faxed in the group requests. Once the group requests was set all individual reservations held by anyone attending were then cancelled.

Oh and this also impacted those not attending the group that were linked to people who were for regular dining. We were unable to book Palo as tablemates for dinner were in the group. Even when we got on board this was an issue and PJ (Palo managar) had to intervene to get us a reservation for brunch.

Everyone that went to the group reservations loved the room and had a great time.

My goodness. I get sick. Don't get on the computer for 3 days and you all type 4 pages and create a website. I am impressed!!!!!!!! Now I know I made the correct decision in passing the leadership thing off. :) Thanks!!! I know I still owe you with a stateroom number. I will take care of that tonight. The only other thing (for now) to share is that my DH and I are celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary on this trip as well so if you could include that I'd be most grateful. :) Well, I've got pages to go back through and then I'll type atcha all again later with more. Take care! Kristi

Kristi... I am glad you like the website.. i am one for organization and I thought after Mindi's suggestion for putting all our info on one page,,,even better a website. It will contain anything anyone needs to know. I have what rooms were in like on every page of that thing so if someone can't figure it out well they better get on their glasses....LOL Well just let me know anything ya all think would be good to add and I will do my best to get it done. Ur anniv. has been dooley noted.

ALSO anyone with allergies please PM so I can make sure that is updated for any gift exchanges.

Welcome nokidz! I wish we were there with you right now! You will be right underneath my brother and his fam (thegreatcornoleo)next year, they are in 6636. Are all 6 kids yours? Man you guys went through a lot of teens in a short time period!:scared1: I'll only be doing one at a time and it's more than enough!
:

We tried for 6636 as that is the room my wife and I did our honeymoon in july 2007. I have a boy 20 and a girl 19, my wife has a boy 17 and a boy 19. We are also bringing one boyfriend and one girlfriend.

:

No kidz how many of your teens are boys?

All but two are boys. Tell them they will have a blast anyways. My kids thought the same thing before their first cruise. Now my daughter is bugging the heck out of me to speed up the clock:rotfl2:

Does anyone know how many things guest services will allow you to have signed? My daughters have pillowcases, but I wanted to get a photo mat done also. So technically, that would be 3 things I want signed. I have read that it shouldnt be a problem, but has anyone here done that? But I have also read where some people have said one item per child..so I am confused:confused3

Wareagle looks like we are going to be neighbors for the week. I love the website with the deck plans. We are in 6015 and 6019.
Mindi

Wow, I never heard that about the group Palo brunch before. If that is the case, I am not interested in pursuing it further. I'm sure we all want to have some nice quiet time in Palo on our own...

We had 4 pillowcases signed this year. ( there were 5 of us in a cabin.) it wasnt a problem at all.

Mindi...Do u have 2 rooms yourself or is one for ur mom/aunt? Which is actually urs? I just wanna label right so when people are delivering FE's that way they know which room has the kids.
I won't know about Palo closer cause if my sis /DH wanna do it , I don't wanna book group and loose my individual reservation.

Myself, DH and DD will be in 6015 and Grandma and DS will be in 6019.

Okay, so I go home last night completely intending to get the cruise info out and get the stateroom number. I can't find my reservation page! I looked everywhere. I just recently did some extra organizing and swore I had it in the Disney folder. It's not there. Sooooo, I will be making a phone call today to get that information resent to me. Once that is done I will be sure to share a stateroom number. I'm about 92.333% sure we're on Deck 6 as is Trina and Don but I'm not 100% sure. Soooo, I'll get with the program here. There is so much I wanna do for this cruise and I just need to take the time to start doing it. So, with that said, have a great day and hopefully I'll have something for ya a little later. :) Kristi

Wow Michelle!! Great website, thanks so much for all your hard work.
OK, I'm starting to feel like I'm really behind! I think I'm going to order my FE this week though. I'm ordering it off of e-bay from a lady that makes custom ones. I will post a picture when I get it. I want to have it in time for Christmas to put under the tree. I think it would be a fun gift for the girls to open. My SIL and I have been talking about starting on our door magnents. We are going to print them up next month when the girls and I go to Mass. for Thanksgiving. Maybe then I will be able to feel like I'm getting caught up.
Our friends that were thinking about booking booked yesterday. They are in 6632 (right next door to my DB in-laws--Shorebirds). I think they are going to join the thread and do the FE, but I'm not 100% sure.
Nokidz--sorry our party took your cabin....I would have actually preferred deck 5(it's where we were last time) but they don't have connecting staterooms on deck 5, so we got deck 6. I will have my DB send some good vibes down your way. :)
Hope everyone has a great day!:flower3:

Thanks Andrea....I loved doiong it and I am all about organization ya know.

Kristi --- don't feel pressure to get the cabin #. Though I would wanna have my documents too...=)

Hey Michelle. I don't feel pressured. :) I just wanna see me on the deck already. :lmao: LOL I got my information. :) Our family is in Cabin #... wait for it, wait for it, wait for it ... 7514

Sooooo, obviously I was clueless as to what deck we're on. Glad someone can watch out for me now. LOL :rotfl:

Also our dining status is "Second Dinner Seating". We really liked that option for our family the last cruise.

Oh, and no allergies for the three of us. When Katelin gets here, who knows if she'll have any allergies or not.

Well, talk atcha later!

Kristi...Just for you I will go on tonight and add you to the website. It does kinda feel good seeing our names in our rooms..huh? LOL we are such crazy disney folk. Kristi when u adopt over seas will you get any medical info , any parental history? I know some places the kids ae just left but I would hope you would get some info. I think it's great you are adopting. If money wasn't so tight I would. Overseas for sure cause Over here they try and take ur kids back.

We are first seating prolly 6pm rotation. My kids would go crazy waiting till 8...LOL starvin marvins over here. Plus I try and keep them as close to schedule as I possibly can on vacation and all. Well off to get Sydney....tonight is our live at the dance studio night....well 3 nights a week but this one is the worst....5-7:15....Blah!

:thanks: :thanks: NO Kidz, Sorry I took your room, it's all my SIL's/travel agent who booked me there. I'm happy to hear that you wanted it back though. It must be a great room.

So I think my DS and I are going to start our countdown chain this weekend. But we may wait until after Thanksgiving. My DH's whole family is coming to MA. Mayeb it will snow :rotfl:

Talk to you all later. Keep on posting, they are giving me great ideas as a first time cruiser.

THanks for the website Michelle. Great job:thanks:

Hey Michelle. I'll be looking on the hour every hour tonight to see my name in lights. :surfweb: :lmao: Take your time. :)

As for the adoption. You really go on faith with some international adoptions. In our case, with Lilli we knew she was to be HIV negative and Hep B negative and that she was from the Mekong Delta region. There was a birthmother name on the birth certificate. However, sometimes when the Catholic nun at the maternity hospital is naming the abandoned children she has to give a birthmother name as well. When this happens she uses a part of the child's name and a part of the orphanage that the child is going to's name. With Lilli, the name of her birthmother had a part of Lilli's Vietnamese name and another name that wasn't a part of the orphanage so we're praying that we actually have a real name. We have no idea with Katelin yet what kind of information we'll get but it'll be about the same. The orphanage that Lilli was at did start her immunizations but our doctor just redid them as if she never had them done. With a foreign country it sometimes is the best route. We'll most likely do the same for Katelin.

Adoption is expensive yes. We are blessed with a second child because of my grandmother who passed away. I will say that I would look into domestic if we were to do this again. The international adoptions are getting alot more difficult to do. Just my personal opinion though. :)

Thanks for asking. :) I love to share about our adoption experience(s).
