Wow, this looks like great fun!! Is there some place I can see more pictures, I am thinking of taking my daughter and my niece on this cruise next year (none of us has ever been on a cruise before)

Thanks
Hi Cruella :wave2:

Don't hesitate a second more! We had nothing short of a great time. Everything went like clockwork and the kids have some fanastic memories (mom & dad too). And there was every opportunity for things to go horribly wrong for us as we had complicated our trip with a vow renewal - which even a rain squal couldn't put off.

As to pix, probably once everyone gets home again - for instance we won't be heading back until Monday; we're finishing up with a stay at AKL. The above pictures were from the TOT the group scheduled (Thanks Steph) for 30 minutes PRIOR to the DCL TOT with the exception of the 4th photo down - That was the final stop on the DCL event as each child received a VHS copy of a Pooh Halloween story! (the photo of ship's officer - the Cruise Director)

In the mean time - until we can get home, here's how our Halloween wentpopcorn::

Great cruise, though the 2 and 3 year old enjoyed it more than we did because, well, they're 2 and 3! :furious: But, while onboard, I booked another cruise for just the wife and I for next Halloween. Got our stateroom number and everything already. Really looking forward to it, and am in the middle of writing a lengthy letter to some Disney higher-ups to commend the staff on the service. DEFINITELY up to Disney's standards.

Looking forward to Halloween 2007 already,
wake

Finally have my "land legs" back! Got home on Sunday after a short stay with my parents in Fla. The kids had a great time (so did the adults) I can start planning our Sept cruise it's a family reunion, I love the idea, no cooking or cleaning, and all the entertainment is there! We can see as much of (or little) each other as we want :rotfl: Hope everyones cruise was as good as they thought and hope everyone got home safely
Sue

Sue, when in sept are you going? thinking on a sept cruise with a friend of mine!

HI ALL! We made it home too! SO SAD! My little Brooklynn didn't want to leave the ship. SO, we decided we WILL be booking another cruise, SOON!

I want to say to EVERYONE that we were with (especially my sis, and TINK!) that it was SO VERY NICE to spend this time with you! EVERYONE we met from this board was so extrememly nice and helpful! I can't believe they only call Mississippi the Hospitality state! Seems Michigan, Tennessee, and New York (to name ONLY a few) should also have that name! Because you guys were SO nice and helpful, it made leavning that harder! I feel like I have made some GREAT friends, just to have to lose them! I hope we can all keep in touch, if not anywhere else but here would be great!

HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL SOON!
Bethany, Kevin, Laynie, Brooklynn, and BLAKE (who didn't get to go)

P.S. I have never been to New York or Michigan!

I will work on booking that cruise next October, you all make it look and sound so much fun. The kids will be excited, but I think I am just as excited and maybe more. I'll look forward to seen everyone's pictures. I think Halloween on the ship would be great fun. I'm glad you all had such a good time and you sound like such a fun group. I tend to be shy about posting, so I mostly just read. By the way, I got the nick name cruella because of the way my hair looked one day and it has stuck ever since.. the kids think it is funny now...

Steph,
we are cruising on Sept30, 2007. I want to be able to go to MNSSHP after the cruise and it starts around the first of Oct. It would be great if you cruised at the same time, it would be nice to know others onboard! Again it was soooo nice to meet everyone! Bethany, the girls really need to keep in touch! And since you have never been to Michigan, drive on up! We live on the St.Clair river and just a quick drive over the bridge from Canada. Bring the family up this winter and let them play in the snow!

hi everyone! we are finally home....well...have been back in new york since last monday, but just now getting back to our house! the construction we are having done was supposed to be finished before we came home, and needless to say...it was not finished!! ugh! so, we've been bouncing between my parents house and my inlaws house....not a nice thing to come home to after a cruise!
i'm sorry i didn't get to visit with you all very much, but we had some issues with my oldest...lesson learned....NEVER use a motion sickness patch on a child! 4 days just didn't seem long enough either...i needed more time, and couldn't seem to find it! too many things to do, and not enough time for it all!
well, hope everyone had a great time, and i hope we continue posting to this thread...i'd miss you all if you left!!
talk with you soon!

glad he is better..hope to talk soon!
i have missed our chats!!

Hello all  -

Back and finally unpacked everything, washed and put away. Now to work on the photos...I don't remember taking all these - thank God for digital vs. film processing! :thumbsup2

Our DD (4) and DS (6) already asked when we are going back, so we booked the July 4th week. This time our DD (24) & DSIL (25) are tagging along, for their 1st Wedding Anniversary.

Should be jammed, but who cares, we'll be in WDW :sunny:

We had a blast meeting you all - and I hope we can keep in touch...
