Good Morning.

Not a lot going on here but work, work work!

Patty - so sorry to hear about your cat. I am a cat person and love my Abby dearly. I have had her for 14 years and I know I don't have a lot more time with her. I will be devastated when she is gone! I'm thinking about you!!

Bonnie - hope your associate moves on to be someone else's problem!!

I wish I lived close enough for the reunion barbeque at Sally's. Sounds ike it would be fun and her yard sounds beautiful.

"A spoonful of kisses from the Mr. and Mrs" - That's cute. I have not heard of that idea before.

Everyone have a great day!!
Later!

Susan you are up and adam quite early this morning. This is the start of my marathon weekend in AC of course I will be with Olivia so it will be well worth it!
DIL and DS will be trekking to AC Fri, Sat and Sun to try out for Wheel of Fortune. I will go along on Saturday and Sunday to watch Olivia. I can't wait!!! They will stay over on Sat. so they can get an early start.

Have a good weekend all!

Morning everyone. Notice I didn't say GOOD morning. I have the little ones an extra day this week. I am so tired and not up to it but will survive.

Let us know how Wheel of Fortune turns out. That should be fun for them and you with Olivia.

Barb, shame on you (and me:rolleyes: ). Your mom doesn't need to put on a BBQ!

Susan, are you remembering "time for Susan"?

Good Morning!!

Mom wants to have the barbecue she just doesn't like the planning process which is the part I enjoy the most. Why would you think she doesn't want to have it?? I already talked to her and she wants to have it as long as I plan. Patty would like to be a part of it too but is not sure she can make it up. Is there a day that would work best for you Sandy and Lori in July?? Maybe a Sunday towards the middle or the end of July??

Tiffany leaves today for camp with the youth group from church. They are going to Vail!! How fun would that be!! It is beautiful up there. Jaymee starts working today.

Hope everyone has a wonder weekend.

Barb

It is actually a nice day here, but I feel like crap! I couldn't sleep last night. My head is all stuffed up and my sinuses hurt. I am trying to avoid the ATB's, but I am having them filled anyway. (I got 5 refills on my ATB last August). It just seems like another sinus infection.

I sucessfully completed a pin trade on the Collectors Board. Now, I have all 3 of the annual passholders topiary pins from the Flower Festival. I received my pin yesterday.

I have 1 cracked filling that needs to be replaced, but other than that, the dental appointment went fine. It was so nice to have my teeth really clean again. With the addition of Kaleigh, it has been tough trying to take care of everything.

When I had jury duty 2 years ago, we had a lady that worked in the prosecuters office ( I think). She was actually selected for the jury. They pretty much just wanted to get the trial overwith. But, she was shocked. She has always been dismissed in the past. So, you never know Sandy.

Hoping to cook out tonight, plus Jerry has to cut the grass.

I think we will buy our tickets for Mickey's party on the 4th. They have been on sale for a while now. I loved it when we went in '97. I love the toy soldiers in the parade. I even have a pin of one.

Hope you all have a terrific weekend.

I met a friend of mine from TX after work. She is in town for a conference. It was great talking with her. She actually talks more than me but she thinks I do all the talking! LOL!

What a beautiful day here!!! I don't think it is supposed to last though. I believe we are getting more rain tomorrow. Does anyone want some of it? A woman at work has a french drain that her washer drains into and it stopped draining because the ground was so saturated. She went outside and had a yard full of suds!!! SHe lives on an old farm.

Susan, loved that exercise program. I can do that no prob.

Barb and Sally. We actually DO have July 26 and 27 free. Baseball and Volleyball finish up the week before. Amazing, it's our first free weekend. Sandy has me feeling guilty now however, so if Sally would prefer, I'll have it at my house. Not a well tended garden so no snickering please. I believe Barb though, that it really is wanted there. If I can't drag the whole crew down, then maybe I can hitch a ride with Ted and Sandy (?)

Suds in the yard. LOL If they weren't too concentrated, that's probably not bad for the yard at all.

Denine, hope your sinuses don't get you down. Yuk.

Barb, pass on our sympathies to Patty regarding her cat.

I'm home from a long day at work and ready to be lazy for a bit. Talk to you all later.
Lori

Hi All! It is actually my Julie posting from Garry's computer. Makenzie has burned out my monitor, so I will have to go get a new one tomorrow. Had a pampered chef show tonight and it went pretty good. I wasn't feeling very good so my director came with me so she took over in a few places when I started feeling sick. Hopefully this will be over soon. I hate feeling sick! Garry is OF COURSE working AGAIN!!! I really think they really want him there all the time. I feel sorry for him. He has NO time at ALL! But 8 more days and we will be off to Disney. Susan, I will take your number and if we come your way, I'll give you a buzz! You won't believe how this two little ones have changed since the cruise. The Big Guy has learned to drink from a glass! LOL!!!

Makenzie had her 4yr check up and she is in the 75% for height for her age. She was soooo cute! She was afraid that she was going to get a shot, but once I told her that she wasn't and if she was a good girl, she could get a new barbie! WORKS every time!! LOL!!

Well off to bed. Everyone have a super weekend! Bonnie I'll try to get in touch with you sometime Sun. Miss our chats!

Rain again tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, this spring has officially stunk!!! Noah and the ark..... watch out! Denine, I've started to collect two of each animal!

Good morning!

I finally had a day at work yesterday that wasn't very hectic! I really needed a slower paced day. I have no plans this weekend so I will hopefully get rejuvenated for another week of work.

We have rain here again too. It suposed to be heavy at times again. They have officially called an end to our drought. We have had more rain so far this year that we did in all of 2001 or 2002 and it's just the beginning of June! The temps have been cooler than usual too. By now, we would have been to the pool for a couple of weeks but Turner hasn't even wanted to go because he knows it would be too cold. We're ususally in the upper 80s and low 90s by now but we have been in the 70s. I like the cooler temps but the rain has out stayed its welcome. I'm ready for more outside time!

Turner and went to see Lilo and Stitch last night at an outdoor event in the city called Off the Wall. They show a movie on the side of one of our bank buildings the first Friday of each month May-Oct. The drizzle started and we huddled under the umbrella. When it picked up to steady rain, we left (like many people). We drove back around to see how many people were staying and there was a parking spot right beside the plaza area where they were showing the movie so we watched the rest from the car with the window cracked to hear the sound.

Enough from me for now. I'll be on and off all weekend. Have a great day!
Later!

Susan, that movie night sounded fun even though it rained. Last Saturday Heidi went to Red Rocks Amphitheater and did the same thing. However, they show the movie on the rocks. She loved it.

Barb and Lori, we can't do it July 26th and 27th as we have a dance to go to out of town. It is a Christmas in July event. Is June 28th or 29th ok or is it not enough notice??? We are always so busy in the summer that it is hard to make a date for anything with us. Lots of people get upset with us.

Gee Julie, finally the Big Guy knows how to drink the proper way. I was saving my pennies to buy him a glass. Now I can splurge and buy ME something.

Thought of you and Ben today Lori. Ted and I had lunch at Panera Bakery today at Aspen Grove. Yummy.

Off to Stacey's for a steak dinner and wedding preps. Talk to you tomorrow.

Happy Saturday! It is in the low 70's ( a heat wave for us right now) and cloudy. It looks like rain, again! I have determined that i actuall have a plain old cold. I haven't had one of those in a long time. Hopefully it will go away soon.

Picked up the cake for Kaleigh's adoption party tomorrow, looking forward to seeing you guys again Garry & Julie. Garry: If you want, the deck chairs are clean and you can just sleep in the sun (hopefully).

Planted some things in pots. I am trying tomatoes again. I haven't tried them in pots in a few years. I love fresh tomatoes, but I can't grow them in the garden. The deer pluck them right off the vine. I wished them horrible stomach aches one year from eating all the green ones. They even ate the cucumbers and they aren't supposed to like them! I am safe putting a few herbs down there, but that is it. What the deer don't eat, the rabbits do. I have tried every remedy and nothing works. I am not even planting flowers this year (and I love flowers). They just get eaten.

Bonnie: Funny about the suds!

Sue: The movie sounds like fun. They don't do anything like that around here.

Julie: Hope you feel better. You guys had better come tommorow.

I got called up on stage!!!!!!!!!!! For Wheel of fortune tryouts!!! THey called 5 people up at a time....2000 people and I got called!!! Now I have to wait 7-8 weeks to see if I get called back for the second round of auditions!

I got to watch Olivia when they went in the first time...changed her and fed her and held her!!!!

I am on cloud 7!!

I will get back later to see what you all had to say.

Bonnie - I didn't know you were going to audition! I yhope you make it and we'll all have to watch. You'll have to wear lime green as a secret hello message to all of us!!!LOL

Denine - I hope you have great weather for your adoption party. I got the picture of Kaleigh. Thanks for sending it. She is beautiful. I really hate I missed you guys AGAIN!! We'll just keep trying!

Gotta go watch the rest of the hockey game with Turner.

Later!

BONNIE: Good Luck on Wheel of Forturne. Joyce & I already booked our flight to Florida because Joyce pointed our to me that we will be flying our on the biggest travel weekend of the year (the weekend after Thanksgiving). We booked on Spirit & are leaving on Saturday 11/29/03 at 7:30 AM & returning on Friday evening 12/5/03. We paid $99.00 each way but we were afraid to wait & wanted to fly out on Saturday.

DENINE: I looked at the dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party & December 4th fits into our schedule. I tried to see who was going to do the Candlelight Procession but could only find the 2002 schedule.

I am really sick & tired of the RAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Hope the rest of the country is experiencing better weather than the East Coast. Hope you all have a great weekend. Toodles:wave: :earsgirl: JEANNE

Hi all! Bonnie, if you make it on the wheel you better say a BIG Hi to all of your Disney Cruise family! You speak fast so you can rattle off everyone's name! LOL!

Denine and Jeanne, the Dec 4th sounds good to us for the Christmas party. We are up for the candlelight procession too! We saw Robert Urick (sp) (Dan Tanna from Vegas). We saw him the year before he passed from cancer. I think we did the dinner package and ate at Canada.

Jeanne, have you and Joyce decided on where you will be staying in Dec? I know that Denine and Jerry are at Old Key West and we are either at WIlderness Lodge Villas or BoardWalk Villas, I can't remember which one right now.

Well, gonna go for right now. Will check back in later!

Denine, don't worry, we will be there tomorrow!

Good Morning.

Jeanne and Joyce - I will miss you guys at WDW. We won't get back in to port until Saturday. Have fun and think about me.

The rain is supposed to end sometime this morning. It should be cloudy the rest of the day but up to 84 and then we get sun and warm for 2 days before thunderstorms roll back in. Hope that means improvement for the dudettes weather, too!

Kaleigh - enjoy your party today!!

Later!

It looks like Dec 4th is a go. Bonnie: Your decision has been made for you. Just buy your tickets when you can.

I would love to do the CP. We really enjoyed it. We did the dinner pkg and ate in France. We had Angie Dickenson.(sp?). I don't know if Kaleigh would sit through it though. She likes music. She will be 14 months by then. Who knows?

Today is a nice day, so far. It is sunny and supposed to be in the upper 70's with a chance of t-storms later on. I hope, much later on. Kaleigh's godfather probably won't make it (his wife has Chrohn's disease and is really hurting right now. She really needs surgery), and Jerry's brother probably won't come (excuse # 134). Everyone else is supposed to come. I get to see my mom's purple cast. The cake came out really cool looking, nothing like I had pictured in my mind when I ordered it, but they just went with my idea. I'll tell more tomorrow.

Bonnie: If you get on WOF, that would be 2 people I know that have been on it. Remember I told you all about my neighbor?

Good morning everyone. Well, a late good morning. Nothing new here. Got the spoons done. They were a pain in the beginning but ended up very nice. Ted and Richard finished the centerpieces. Had a nice steak dinner. It was really great that Heidi was able to come also.

Wheel of Fortune and Bonnie. Love it. I agree with saying hello to all of us. You can talk FAST!

I am sooooo sad. Would love to join all of you in WDW but not going to "go under" to do it. Take pictures pretty please.

Lunch time. Better end this so we can go. By the way, I lost 4 pounds since the last time I checked. Go Sandy, go Sandy!!!!

I am now ready to move from New Jersey. The rain has finally put me over the edge!!!!!!   Talking about WDW always make me feel sunny:sunny: We have not booked where we are staying yet & are hoping for some good savings. We would not mind staying at The Dolphin again if the $129.00 for nurses special was still on but it expires in October. James Avery from Fresh Prince was at the CP last year & he was excellent!
Can't wait!!!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce:

Hope you all are having a happy & holy Sunday. Toodles:wave: :earsgirl: JEANNE
