Yep. We should be back by then.Plan A at the moment is to go to CIS after we drop the kids off at school (we may just keep them out that day.Not sure), get checked in to the hotel, then go get them if we dont keep them home.

Like I said we will definitely join the party at the Radisson on Friday - could you just tell this confused newbie once more what "Grills" is, is that at the Radisson or somewhere in town?



I bet I could even have managed getting up at 3.00 in the morning - perfect thing to do when you've just flown in from Europe as with the jetlag, my inner clock will tell me it's 9 a.m. then
When will the Magic probably come in from drydock, though - does anyone know? As we will be in Port Canaveral from Thursday (giving us one more day to acclimatize, coming from cool German fall) we might still see her come in.

Grill is 1 of the 3 restaurants by the water that Disboard members frequesnt prior to a cruise. All 3, Rustys, Grills and Fishlips are on the water, are casual dining, and have a great view of the ships departing on cruises.This is the Magic from Rustys last August.

I've been wondering the same thing - anyone have a guess as to when the Magic might be back in Port Canaveral???

Not sure on when she is getting in. I called to ask a question about our cruise, and asked where she is doing her drydock,and reservations didnt know yet.Translated reservations hadnt heard.If she goes to Freeport like the Wonder did, shell prob be bak late fri afternoon if I had to guess, since they have to off load a lot of stuff from the drydock, like containers, paints excess materials, contractor stuff etc. Then clean her for our cruise.If she goes to Va., like she did 2 years ago, then shell prob do her cleaning on the way in,come in late at night, and be waiting on us when we get there in the morn. We should prob know in a few weeks.I try and find out.

Not to brag or anything, but we have already had 7 days over 110. It is around 108 today cooling down to a balmy 103 for the 4th. DH and I would like to meet up at Ghiradelli's for lunch on Friday 11/15.
How would we know we are talking to the right people?

Yep. Roger wants to go see his mom. We will fly in and out of Boston so you may see us. Thursday the 22- Tuesday the 27th. He hasn't made the plane reservations yest so I will let you know.

Right now my plans are to leave TN Thursday night after work and drive past Macon, stop for the night, and continue in the a.m. I hope to be at CIS shortly after noon on Friday. Do you schedule your shuttle time at check-in?

That was the way they did it in August, pick a time at check in.The earlier you get there the earlier the poss shuttle, though we got on the bus before the one we were booked on. The driver told us get in.We did. Didnt have to twist our arms or ask twice.

Well, I was only able to book for Roger and I.

I booked Palo Sunday at 10 am, the jeep in Cozmel and the morning beach in Grand Caymen.

I guess on the 90 day mark the rest of you can book. I was hoping since we were linked I would see every one.

We will both have our cells but reception at the cottage is poor. We can retrieve messages though. I'll talk to you sometime next week before we go - maybe by then you'll know more. No I don't think so, we will be driving down from Canada on Monday and staying near the airport. I will know more once he makes the reservations.

Yes, we would be just driving back to Boston. I wish we could stay longer, but with the cruise and Germany Roger only has so many vacation days!! I could stay forever though.

As I said in my text to you on the way to the hockey game we will be calling Monday to make final payment . Then we will have the number to call whil in York Beach to call on the 18th to book Palo and jeep beach excurison.

I tried for giggles to see what the CC cabanas cost but could not find it on the site. Did you happen to see it? 105 days to the Magic.

Hello everyone! It has been a long time since I have posted on here, but I have kept up from time to time. We have had this cruise booked forever it seems. We will be staying at CI&S on Friday night. I was lucky and got the Priceline deal earlier this year. This will be our third cruise. We had rebooked with Mommy2777 back in 2008. So sad they won't be with us this time, but I am looking forward to meeting lots of new friends. I will have my DH with me, my two DDs (9 and 11) and my mom.

We will also be staying at the ci&s. We will be there on Wensday evening. It will be my husband, me and our 3 year old daughter. We are planning on going to the Magic Kingdom for 2 days before the cruise.

I tried for giggles to see what the CC cabanas cost but could not find it on the site. Did you happen to see it? 105 days to the Magic.

No I didn't look, a little too much for my blood. All we do is sit in the water any way!!
