i was reading some of your trip report......
My DD does competition cheer as well.

How long has she been doing it?

My Dd just loves it.
She actually this year has been doing compition and football cheer....BUT we wont do 2 EVER AGAIN!!!!

She had cheer leading every night for 5 months....
SHe was sooo tired.

Lynn...wow that's crazy!!!

Actually Savannah is in football cheer and competition dance. The football cheer squad does do a couple of competitions, though but it isn't anywhere near as grueling as full-on competiton cheer
She has been cheering since she was 5, this is her third year.
Dance she has been doing since she was 4 (four years), but this is her first year of company and performance/competition team, so we'll see how that goes. So far the only day of the week she does not have anything going on (class or practice or rehearsal of some sort) is Sunday. Busy is good, right?

Thanks for reading the TR...Hope you enjoy it! We had a blast and we did some cool stuff! Writing and Re0living it all through the TR helps me plan what we may do next time, on THIS cruise!!!

My DD has one competition at the end of her football year which is coming up NOV 6th.
I just cant fall her begging next year for her to do both.

She says right now she doesnt want too, but i hope she remebers how much pain she is in and how exhausted she is.

And yes i guess BUSY is good, but wow she is oo tired and just started Middle school i think she needs some down time.

Her Competition cheer, is thinking of doing one in Tampa this year.
What league is your DD in?

WE are also doing one in Georgia in Dec. I am not looking forward too we go on a bus........and it wasnt soo bad going as the kids were tired early in the morning and slept but coming home they were all wound up......

uuuuuuuuuughhhhhhhhh.......JUST not my cup of tea.
