Growing up in British Columbia we had very long winters but since moving to North Carolina we don't see much snow at all. Most of what we get, if we get it, is ice. My friends here think I'm kidding when I tell them I actually walked to school in 2 feet of snow because we didn't have buses like they do here. OMG I sound like my grandmother right now. She told stories like that... way back in the old days when I had to walk to school in 10 feet of snow with no shoes on
. I will say I did have shoes on so I guess thats the difference. OKAY I'm stopping now.
