Hey dizzi (and of course also everybody else), how's it going?
I am still busy reading up on other people's cruise trip reports, now that I have finished nenner1's. I want to write one too, it must be such fun! (I admit it would be easier writing it in German though, I wouldn't be at such a loss for the right words

).
I have now finished reading the whole 2009 Passporter and I have already kind of figured out which excursions I would like to book (even though I am sure that I'm gonna change my mind again about ten times in the 69 weeks until we sail):
- the Tulum Ruins excursion in Cozumel, (we are really interested in that, never mind the long long ride on the bus, but we have never been to Mexico and who knows if we'll ever get another opportunity to go there)
- the Seaworld Explorer Submarine in Grand Cayman, (I can't really snorkel as I don't really see anything without my glasses and I haven't got contact lenses, so I would love to see some of the marine life without having to snorkel - and it got such a positive review in the Passporter, same as Tulum, by the way)
- nothing in Key West (we haven't been there before and are really looking forward to exploring on our own, probably taking the Conch Train or somesuch and getting off a few times to explore on the way and go for a walk)
- the Extreme Getaway Package in
Castaway Cay (I would love to see the stingrays and ride a bike, I don't mind if I don't use the snorkelling equipment, but DH can still use it if he feels like it, and the float also sounds nice - I think the kayaking and walking excursion also sounds great, but since this will be our first time on CC, I suspect that it might be too much).
What do you think, can anybody recommend any of these excursions or give some advice? I know, there is still lots of time, just want to get some early opinions
Have a good night everyone (almost midnight here),
Annichan
