Hi gang. I booked my stay for the fort wilderness cabins during the above mentioned dates. I cant wait to go back to the world. I was there in October of last year and absolutely loved it. Im so excited i just had to post about it lol

You should attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on 10.14! A few of us DIS board members will be there.

We'll be at FW cabin 10/7-10/11!

We'll also be at FW cabins from 10/14-10/17! If you're into Halloween, bring your cabin decorations. We love to ride around (golf cart) and look at all the wonderful and creative decorations the campers put up at the sites.

Just a tip-golf carts can be reserved up to a year in advance. If you think you'll be needing one, call the bike barn for reservations.

I'll be in Orlando with my 9 yo DS for his birthday from 10/12-10/17. I have a conference and we are going to hit US, IOA and the world of course. We are planning on going to MNSSHP on 10/12 right when we arrive. I'm still trying to decide about lodging, any tips from people who have split time would be appreciated. Besides the party on 10/12, we'll be at US/IOA on 10/14-10/15, then DW 10/16-10/17. Thanks in advance!

I think this year's October crowd is pretty exited in general. I've seen lots of threads about it.

Count me in as well. Enjoy the cabins...I wanted to stay there the year we ended up in the Treehouse but I had too many people.

We arrive the afternoon of the 12th and leave very early on the 17th, staying offsite.

Might do MNSSHP on the 14th if the others agree.

Wow, October is popular. We're going for our first on-site stay ever to WL Oct. 9-16. We've been planning it for more than 2 years and we finally finalized it! We got tickets to the MNSSHP for the 14th also when we made our reservation (I love the Disney card tickets). I can't tear myself away from this board, my husband is starting to get worried ! The advise and tips are wonderful! Thanks to you all!!!

Count us in also. We are going october 13-23rd. We will be at the MNNSHP on 10-17. LTT reservations for 5:15. This is my first time to the MNNSHP and the food and wine festival. I cant wait....Hope to see some of you there!
