Hi Tricia! Welcome! There's a link to sign up on the fish extender list on the Facebook page and here in the disboard posts for our group. It's a google doc, and both links take you to the same page. You are right about the flexibility of the rules. How you give is up to you. We had talked with when our group really first started, and we are planning to break it up into groups of about 15 families to not overwhelm anyone participating. You are welcome to sign up for multiple groups if you want. We've got around 18 families signed up he last time I looked, but we'll officially set the groups a little closer to time to try to keep them fairly even. We did this cruise last year and did the FE, and we had 35 cabins on our list. It was a lot if fun preparing gifts for more than 100 people, but it was also a lot of time spent making gifts, money spent. Using supplies and extra heavy luggage. I've got a daughter who will be 7 on the cruise (her birthday is about three weeks before), and I know there's at least one more 7 year old on our cruise because the Timko family has a daughter who is one day older than mine. Feel free to ask questions. This is only my family's second cruise, but I know we have some vets signed up who can help you figure out any info you need. You are going to love it!

We just booked our first Disney cruise on the Oct. 12 sailing. We will have an 11 year old boy and 8 year old girl with us. I am excited to share our anticipation with this group!

Hello again! Thank you for the welcoming words! am accumulating supplies for FE gifts and am wondering if you cruise vets usually do 1 per family or per person?

We are on a concierge floor. I read somewhere that those rooms are gated? Pass keyed? And are hard to get to. How big of an issue is it?

We are also planning on going to wdw after. Do you recommend going on the Disney transport or arranging own transport?

We are on that floor too but I read that the gates were removed because they were considered unsafe in the event of an emergency. Not sure if that is true. Do you know what room u are in?

lol Hi Chrissy im soo excited we have a name cant wait to meet with everyone i know my last cruise we all got matching tee shirts we had them made by one of the people in our group it was kinda neat to be able to spot the shirt and know they were part of our group

So this is our 3rd cruise and somehow we missed the whole Fish Extender fun the last couple times! A friend just filled us in and said it is so up my alley We have 2 boys~ 11 & 8 (celebrating 12 & 9 on the cruise~ Birthday 10/29) who will LOVE it!

I am not exactly sure how the overall logistics work so can someone fill me in? I get the gift part and am all over that but not sure how the rest works!

We have it split up into smaller groups on the fb page if you would like to join over there. You basically will get a list of 15 rooms and give a room gift or individual gifts. Then the others will do the same for you. So in the end you will receive something from 14 rooms.
