When you rent points is there a place to check occupancy so that you don't rent the wrong room?

I don't understand your question - the occupancy for each villa type is available, so if you are renting points for a studio, for example, it will sleep 4 or 5 depending on which resort. The only resort I can think of w/ different occupancy for the same size villa is AKV where the value villas have lower occupancy, but you'd know that when you rented. When you rent points the owner will put everyone in your party on the reservation.
What size villa and which resort are you considering?

The point calculator at David's Vacation Club Rentals has the capability to show occupancy. The first infant (under 3) is not counted towards the occupancy limit.

Most agencies (and owners) will require the names of all occupants at the time of booking and won't book something you don't fit in.

If you, husband and three daughters, you'll need a studio that sleeps five, not four. Studios that only sleep four, only sleep four. Some one bedrooms only have beds for four, but you can add a fifth person to the room. You'll need to provide everything for them for sleeping, sheets, pillow, bed (yes, bed), plus towels. The Copper Creek one bedrooms are limited to four persons (plus one under the age of three). So they would be too small for a family of five (all three or older).
