Obtaining My Resort Receipt

I recently had a trip to Disney World where I stayed at All-Star Music, Pop Century and Port Orleans French Quarter. I received an emailed receipt of my charges from Pop Century, but not the other two. I've contact WDW via its website 3 times since I returned home nearly two weeks ago and have not received a non-automated response.

Any suggestions on how to track down my receipts/folios from my All-Star Music and Port Orleans French Quarter stays?
 
I'd try calling. It can be tricky getting through, but if you've had no joy online it may be worth it.

I would call guest services and FYI; almost all phone numbers get routed to the same place 'Parks and Resorts' main phone line. Also, we found out that if you want to talk to the resort directly, we had to go through guest services. I never understand why WDW has so many different numbers that pretty much go to 1 phone system.
I still like getting a hard copy before I leave so I can check it for mistakes, which I have caught a few times and I much rather deal with it in person.
 
I email the specific resort when this happens to me. I've always gotten a response within 24 hours.
 

Call the number on the folio you did receive - it may take a while with the wait times as they are right now
but they will email it to you asap after you get through.

Not to pile on but for those reading along - Always get your printout before leaving even with auto checkout and verify your charges. Last trip I forgot, and I was charged for parking, and we used DME, (no car) so it was a 2 hour 15 minute wait time for a CM who promptly issued a credit.

So true. When departing Coronado Springs, I went to front desk and requested they print out my room statement. The CM actually resisted and said something like "You know we email that to you, right?" and I jokingly was like "Yep! That's why I'd like a printout now please." lol

I use "electronic everything," but over the years I learned to never leave a hotel without a printout of my room bill.

We pay with GC's, so I will stop in the lobby every 2 or 3 days and payoff our balance and I always ask for a printout. It doesn't take long at all to do this and I much rather look quickly at a hardcopy then on my phone. I have yet to get any attitude from a CM, but as years keep passing, the quality of customer service keeps dropping:(

I already paid the balance online 30 days before. Did you pay with gift cards if you charged things to your room? I have a bunch of gift cards I'm wishing I put on the balance :sad2:

I called that number this morning. The wait time was more than 90 minutes. I hung up and will hope someone eventually gets back to me via email. This is getting crazy. I've been trying to track the bills down for more than two weeks now!

Try calling between 4-5 EST also. I find it totally "WDW funny" that while you are staying there, that you can view your charges on MDE under My Resort Stay, but once you leave it goes away. WDW can easily have the bill under MDE:sad2: Also, try calling this number (407)939-6104 "My past WDW trip", it may be quicker. Yes, 2 weeks is crazy.

The 407-939-6104 number said it cannot be completed as dialed, so that number may no longer be in service. My caller ID did say it was the Norway Pavilion, though.

I called the 407-828-5630 number at 4:53 p.m. and the estimate was still more than 90 minutes!

Sorry to hear that. It' s sad that they cannot handle this faster/better.
