I didn't read that post as particularly mean. I hate coming into a thread late because there's likely been worse things posted that I haven't seen!
I do know that there are people out there who help others lose weight that get really strict and almost "rough" with their clients. It seems to work for some.![]()
I dont mind someoneo being "rough" with the person that has employed them to help them loose weight but I was simply saying that someone that has this kind of attitude towards overweight people may want to find another job it really cant be very enjoyable it seeing them upsets her so much on vacation i cant imagine that she would enjoy 40 hours of work a week working with thes people is all
I got stuck with PCOS and gluten intolerance, which created a vitamin D deficiency so bad I ended up in a wheelchair. Once I was off gluten for a while, found a good carb/protein ratio, and started taking vitamin D (and some other vitamins/supplements) my health returned and it's great.
I've started losing weight, but it's not something I care about or am working on - I'm just happy to be able to be healthy and active again (I love tennis, yoga, and swimming).
