we have an OBB and are about to book a cruise. Depending on school vacations we might have to move the cruise to new dates (we won't know for awhile.) Do we lose the 10% discount if we pick a cruise within the 24 mo window?

As long as the new date is within the 24 month window and not a black-out date, you'll keep full OBB benefits.
