Uh Oh..I checked my points and the 2 studios I had in January are listed as 0 points used..now, I know that the points don't show in my account, so they were indeed used. I guess I'm concerned they will see this and take the points out a second time..Anyone else ever have this happen? I guess I need to call....

After Bell Services brought our luggage, and I talked to him (he suggested asking for a room switch the next day), I decided to call the front desk. The room assigner was able to switch us to HA room next to the elevator. I had booked STANDARD VIEW...the HA room was PREFERRED. I was watching my points like a HAWK (which is when I discovered the "0"), making sure they weren't going to charge me for being on the other side of the hallway. They didn't! It looked like they use that HA room for both views. I didn't see ANY HA rooms on the Standard side. And while our view was of the pool, it was mostly a view of the back of Leaping Libations.
My mom really appreciated not having to walk that far every single time we went somewhere.
