Uh Oh..I checked my points and the 2 studios I had in January are listed as 0 points used..now, I know that the points don't show in my account, so they were indeed used. I guess I'm concerned they will see this and take the points out a second time..Anyone else ever have this happen? I guess I need to call....:confused3

Me, too! We spent 3 nights at AKVs and 2 at OKW last week. Those are listed under Vacations Completed and both show 0 points used. My point balances reflect that they were removed. I don't get it either ... :confused3
 
I noticed this also on a trip we took last Oct. They haven't tried to double pull the points again out of my account.
 
I noticed something similar on our accounts recently too. I just figured it was some kind of computer error and didn't worry about it...those kinds of things happen all the time at work and I've gotten used to it. Makes me wonder, should I worry after all? Hmmm...guess I'll think about it tomorrow!
 

All but one of my reservations going back to Oct show 0 points used. In the past two years I've had points used change to incorrect amounts whenever they've been doing changes to the system.

I always keep an eye on my point balance but I'm not concerned at this time.
 
I had the same issue with our stay last week. We ended up having 3 separate reservations (2 for a continuous stay that required a room change and 1 for after our trip on the Dream) and all came up 0 points. I also noticed a stay I had earlier in the year came up 0 points as well although trips around it (and future trips) are all showing the correct number of points. I first looked at the totals when I intitially checked in last week because my folder said "Non-member, not on points" which was wrong. I made sure I was never charged for the room and both the front desk and MS said points were used. My (measly) number of points left for NEXT use year (I REALLY need to get more points!) is correct so I just let it go.
 
I'd say it's a computer glitch. Mine shows as "0" also, and has, even when we were on said vacation in January. But my activity statement is correct, and that's what counts. I would just ignore the "0".
 
I just called MS yesterday to extend our Spring Break trip and they showed 0 points used for that (although my current/future points looked right). They recognized it was a problem and I guess it's going to IT to be fixed. They thought it might have been because of a point transfer in, but who really knows. I have my points tracked in a spreadsheet, so I'll wait to see how they fix it and then go from there. :confused3
 
Yep our last trip showed 0 as well. That was after the "oops" they did in giving me an upgrade I had to pay.
If they mess it up again by double charging me later I'll have something not very nice to say to them about it.
Until then I'll just keep a close eye on my total points and make sure they're all correct.

I kept watching mine while we were there. They first assigned us the LAST 1 bedroom all the way at the end of the hall. My 86 yo mother was huffing and puffing by the time we got there. :sad2: After Bell Services brought our luggage, and I talked to him (he suggested asking for a room switch the next day), I decided to call the front desk. The room assigner was able to switch us to HA room next to the elevator. I had booked STANDARD VIEW...the HA room was PREFERRED. I was watching my points like a HAWK (which is when I discovered the "0"), making sure they weren't going to charge me for being on the other side of the hallway. They didn't! It looked like they use that HA room for both views. I didn't see ANY HA rooms on the Standard side. And while our view was of the pool, it was mostly a view of the back of Leaping Libations. :lmao: My mom really appreciated not having to walk that far every single time we went somewhere.

Anyway, everything turned out correct, point-wise.
 
We did a split stay last October between BLT and BWV. Our BLT points are showing the correct number of points used, but the BWV stay shows zero points used. But when I looked at the Points Activity Statement it shows the correct number of points were used for our BWV reservation. And our current point amount is correct. I say it's definitely a computer glitch and perhaps the ongoing programming will fix it.
 
We previously had the points used listed correctly for our GV stay this past month, but now it is listed as "'0". Not sure why that would change though.
 
All my reservations prior to the last computer 'upgrade' (October or November??') have the correct points used showing. That includes a September 2010 stay.

All my reservations since then (2 in December and 3 in January) show 0 points used.

My conclusion is that it has something to do with that 'upgrade'.

Interesting. I never pay attention to points used in completed vacations in the past. Now that I read this post, I just checked mine. Right, reservations completed before the upgrade (latest of mine are in early December) show correct points used, but those completed in 2011 show 0 points used.

Well, I guess I won't worry about it. Point balance is still correct, and points used for upcoming vacations are still correct.

I remember there was once a problem with how the reservations not showing up in my account.I called memebr services and they said check back in 6 months and it should be fixed by then.

I guess Disney is great with customer service but way behind times when it comes to systems.

If you think it is glitchy now, what can we expect when the reservation system goes live online? :scared1:
 
The same for us too for our January trip. Our ressies show 0. I thought it was because of our ddp issues and the manager said he would have to rebook our reservation to straighten it out. (which lead to mousekeeping being off schedule too). My point total is still correct.
