We were there over Easter/Spring Break and June 2 years ago and the pool itself never gets overly crowded because of its size. Finding a chair is a different story but if you want a nice spot, someone in your party will have to get a coffee and go down to the pool between 8-9am to stake a claim on a table or some chairs. There are plenty though.

It was are 2nd stay in Casitas 5 but really wished I stayed in Ranchos. It really looked nice...

We'll be staying at CSR for the first time starting May 27th-June 3rd. Then moving over to the Dolphin for 2 days. (also the first time staying there).

We didn't request any particular place. Only asked for 3rd floor standard...Wonder what we'll end up with? Maybe we'll get pixie dust sprinkled all over us, and get an upgrade! Wouldn't that be marrrrvelous...
