I am almost sold on the HRH, I am considering on staying here

in June. Are the perks really worth it?

I know the Hotel looks fabulous in itself... Is it really worth it?

I am on these boards all the time now, and I trust your

judgement on this.....Thanks so much for your opinions in advance

Where would i find the best rate for this hotel also?

Anny:)

I am taking everyones advice and I cancelled my Holiday Inn ressies and booked HRH for the express line access..... I found the cheapest prices on Hotelkingdom.com and on Expedia.com
far less than thru Lowes or HRH itself. Also, I was told no availability by HRH and then found and booked a room thru Expedia! ( at $100+ less)

anny,

It's simply the "best".

We are going in April for 2 nights, we are also going on the 7 day Disney cruise afterwards. I have done both in the past, but I am so excited about going back to the HRH, I keep going back and reading more on this board than the cruise boards.

Make sure you check out the Ent. Rate, I always call Lowes direct, they seem to always find a room when the hotel sometimes
cant't. Good Luck

I just have to tell you as a person who did the parks "on" and "off" site...

It is almost impossible to do without the Universal Express perk after doing it just ONCE.

You're going in June, which is a notoriously hot and crowded time of year and, YES, this perk is worth the money.

I agree, the Entertainment rate is usually the best shot, if those days are not applicable, try AAA or Loews First.

Have a great time!

If you need any more encouragement, it is defenitely worth it to stay on-site. We love the express line feature and my husband loves the fact he doesn't have to drive. (It's funny because when we went to Disney we stayed off site and we didn't mind the drive).

Well I did it...I booked it today.. HRH here we come...

I hope I got a good rate, i did some research from AAA to Loews

to entertainment discount..and got the better rate with ent.disc.

What do you guys think? Gardenview@$150.00 a night. I

thought that was good considering I had checked around and

the others were higher...Let me know what you think.

I don't think i'm going to use a credit card though, once we

get there.. some really bad posts on here about over billing and

billing for things not recieved...I hope and pray we don't

encounter any of these problems...

Thanks again, and I'm looking forward to hearing what

you think about the rate that i got.

Definitely a sweet rate for June! Was quoted $249 Garden for 3/24 tonite, thru Loews 800#.

Great hotel.................super pool, good restaurant, lounge is awesome, short walk to Universal Parks and CityWalk.

And the elevators..............might be a trivial point, but I've never seen faster elevators in my life.
Without fail, hit the button, by golly one of those elevators' doors will open IMMEDIATELY. EVERY TIME! IT WAS UNREAL!

As for best rate....get the Entertainment Book. Great rate.

You will not be disappointed with HRH.
