NYE at Epcot?

Just booked NYE. What time do people start finding spots around the lake for IllumiNations? Do they do any earlier showing of IllumiNations plus another jazzed up one for midnight? Can anyone tell me what it is like?

Time? Not sure.
Early Show? Yes for sure, TWO IllumiNations performed on NYE
Midnight? Starts around 11:45, starts with "normal" performance, then they usually celebrate the New Year for each country in World Showcase in order based on their time zone (I think China is first and USA last), with fireworks above each pavilion, then a big countdown until actual midnight and then the most unbelievable fireworks ever, better than the Holiday addition, better than 4th of July.

I say Epcot is the place to be at Midnight.
