NYE at Epcot, restaurant suggestions

This will be our first at time at Disney during the holidays. We are planning to spend NYE at Epcot, since we don't believe our 4 year old twins can make to midnight. We have heard that each of the countries celebrate the New Year in thier own time zone, UK at 7:00Pm. Does anyone know how the new year is celebrated at the different countries? We are trying to decide where to make our PS for dinner. Does it make a difference if you are having dinner when the New Year rolls in? For instance, does someone make a toast, countdown, noisemakers, etc.?

In most restaurants they will do their own celebration. But you better make a reservation quick.

I made mine 2 weeks ago, and at that time there wasn't much left.

Ditto to that. We reserved San Angel a few weeks ago at 5PM and had no problem, but it fills up fast.
