NYC Wine and Food Festival - Tyler Florence - a little OT

This is a bit OT but I figured some of you would be interested (you too Kevin!!)
Well, I went to the NYC Wine and Food Festival and watched a cooking demo from Tyler Florence. It was great!! He was very funny and gave us some interesting tips. He made Ciappino, a seafood stew which smelled great.
