On a related topic, what's the best way to midtown Manhattan from Newark Airport?

I read somewhere that if you fly one of the airlines (either Continental or American) into EWR, there's a train from their terminals which takes you directly to either Penn Station or Times Square Station.

When we went to NYC, we took a car service. CarMel is the name. Their number is 212-666-6666. They were probably cheaper than a cab, and a little more dependable. It was recommended by a DISer (RickinNYC).
