i see that the NYC cruises offer a pre/post cruise Broadway experience either Aladdin or Lion King I think.

Would anyone who has done this provide some details? Do you need to stay at their hotel? Do they pick you up at the hotel? How long is the experience really? Is it a matinee performance?

I can tell you that for Aladdin unless it is Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday it will NOT be a matinee and for Lion King unless it is a Saturday or Sunday it will NOT be a matinee. Those are the only days they have matinee performances.

And if it is a Monday it won't be offered as the shows are dark on Mondays.

Depends on if you do the tour or not. The tour makes the whole experience around 4-5 hours. I've done the tour before with D23 for Mary Poppins. It's a lot of fun and a huge thing if you are into theatre and theatre history and Disney theatre. You have to purchase these before the trip. I'm guessing (just a guess) that they will email you tickets and confirmations.

I had a look on the info sheet and it seems to suggest its only on certain sailings and not matinees. Hopefully someone will have some info on these ones.

It is at 8pm for all the day before or after the cruise. The tour starts at 5pm. No matinee.

As I'm hoping for the Matinee after the WBTA I wont be able to take advantage but they sound really good!
