NYC cruise fast pass question

i know the NYC cruises that stop at PC include 3 anywhere fast passes except pandora , is there a way to get a 4th FP after using up those 3?

I believe you get 3 VIP fast passes not linked to fast pass +. Couldn't you use your tickets to book fast passes at the kiosk?

Yes! We get the first three and then you can use three more at kiosks. We plan to use the first three at Epcot and then take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom to use the next three. Have fun.

What we did last year was link the DCL ticket to the My Disney Experience app, which means you can book FastPasses on your phone during the bus ride from the ship. Because the 3 included passes are VIP/anytime use ones, they won't be affected by booking another 3 in the app like you normally would.

Are the three VIP Fast Passes loaded onto your KTTW card? How did you link everything through MDX?
